Really happy with the service I received. They were able to fit me in for a same day appointment, and did excellent work doing maintenance and a deep cleaning of my PTAC unit. Reasonably priced as well. I will be using them for maintenance going forward.

I've been having intermittent issues with my AC unit. Haven't been pleased with the HVAC company that I've used for years, so I decided to try someone new for a 2nd opinion. I contacted Acosta Home via email on a Sunday evening , not expecting to hear back from anyone, however, within an hour I hear back from Miguel who says he will come tomorrow, Monday 9/13. My email to him was "I think I need a new AC Unit and or repair". (that's because I was told that my AC servicer that I've used for many years).

Miguel came by on Monday afternoon, discussed the issues I've been having, etc. He quickly diagnosed that I INFACT DO NOT HAVE A LEAK and my AC Unit DOES NOT need to be replaced. Again, my other service provider said that's what I need to do.

Miguel checked the unit and diagnosed why we were having a problem. It had nothing to do with any leak" or "my AC unit being replaced".

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Miguel went above and beyond and it shows how much he cares about providing excellent service . I highly recommend Acosta to anyone needing his services.

Miguel came to install a mini split unit in my house. He quoted me a reasonable price, showed up on time, did a great job, and also explained to me how to better maintain my unit. Super professional, knowledgeable, and nice. I highly recommend them.

We hired Miguel and his team because our AC was not functioning properly. We were expecting an expensive replacement of the unit but the professionals at Acosta Home Pro provided a thorough cleaning and repair service for all our units. They also cleaned our dryer ducts making it work more efficiently. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided and would recommend them for any AC needs.

Acosta Air Pro did an excellent job of cleaning and sanitizing my ac system and vents. They were very honest showing me the video of the accumulated mold in my air handler and vents. Most companies just come and change the filter and spray with disinfectant. Jose and his partner used a machine to properly clean the air handler. They put hvac system under negative pressure to draw the debri to the vacuum. They removed the air handler wheel and cleaned it properly. They also did hepa aire cleaning of all the vents and thoroughly cleaned a mini split unit.
They explained everything, showed before and after videos and worked diligently and quietly to accomplish the task. They were polite and respectful of my property. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend Acosta Air Pro LLC. Call and ask for Miguel.

If you are looking a trustworthy people look no whereelse. I hired 2 different company , one claimed compressor to be bad, the other claimed system to be missing r22 freon. One tried to charge me 5K to replace compressor and the other said to replace whole unit as r22 freon is now illegal which was a lie. You can still service it until 2030 and system did not missing any freon. This guy diagnose the system and found out that condensor was disconnected only which was done by previous technicians to rip you off. Again if you are looking any HVAC repair do not look elsewhere.

Jesus and Jorge came out to do a mold cleaning and they were very professional and got the job done very well. Talked to Miguel on the phone and he was very respectful and helped set up the appointment. Honest guys who do good work and charge very very fairly.

When I entered Acosta Home and Air Pro's showroom for the first time, I was greeted by one of the owners and the sale manager. They were so welcoming and professional explaining to me how a heat pump system works. They did everything from the permit application, finding a reliable electrician, applying for a grant with Con Edison to installing the whole system! They have been so pleasant to work with. I am working from home so I saw how well they work! They were discreet, polite, showed up on time and cleaned before leaving. I have also called them a few times for a faucet leak, bath tap not working. Every time, they came on the same day and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Acosta Home and Air Pro, if you want reliable and friendly contractors and heat specialists. Even my dog loves them!

Miguel, Jorge and the other guy are really knowledgeable. I call them to service me and I live all the way in Greenwich, CT. Their prices are right and Jorge/Miguel knows everything about small units and large ones. I was so happy with their service today, that I paid my invoice and tipped the guys!! If you have ANY problem with HVAC you’ve got to call “Acosta Home & Air Pro!” They’re the BEST…!! Highly recommended A+++!!

The most reliable company we’ve worked with. They took the time to inform and educate us on exactly what was needed. Jorge truly eased our worries and resolved the issue efficiently. We are extremely satisfied with the service and would recommend them a thousand times over.

We had Acosta install a ductless system on our 2nd floor and a ducted system on the 3rd floor this summer. Their pricing was very competitive, and they were willing to consider more options than other companies who wouldn’t even consider a ducted system. They were very communicative throughout the process. I was highly impressed with the installers, who worked tirelessly for several days installing the units and making sure all the hoses and cables and covers outside the house looked good aesthetically. Each day they updated me on what was completed and what was left to do. They also included a 3 year warranty where they’ll check the system performance annually. I’m very happy we chose them for the job!

They are thieves.

They said they replace AC filters but they lied! Now it's going to cost me a ton of money to clean out the system. They couldn't care less either
