They cleaned my carpet in my house did a threat job

Terrible experience. We made an appointment with them for 11am. A technician called and asked if they could come at 10am and at 10:15 they said they would have to arrive at the original time of 11am. We never heard from the technician again. We called the office multiple times and they said they would have the technician call us which he never did. When trying to figure out what was going on they finally said a manager would call us and the manager also never called. Avoid this business unless you want to prepare your home and waste your whole day waiting for a service that won't be done. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If there was any sense of communication regarding the situation we would have been satisfied and able to adjust accordingly.

Five stars for this company! I am very amazed that Manhasset Carpet Cleaners is really great with carpets. The stains in ours are now undetectable. Thank you so much Manhasset Carpet Cleaners! I love it so much! Keep it up!

The end result of the cleaning process they did to our carpets exceeded our expectations by far. It was hard to recognize the carpets when they were done.
