About the business:
Urban Pioneering Architecture is a small, yet growing boutique architecture and interior design firm located in Manhattan. We combine the talents of professionals trained in architecture, interior design and construction to create a design-build team. Project mangers work on each project from inception to completion, working on the design and construction documents then transitioning to the field to make sure all work is consistent in design intent and quality. This approach ensures project continuity throughout the life of the project, and allows us to control costs from the very beginning, even building into the system efficiencies lost in the traditional architect - contractor relationship, eliminating errors and streamlining the construction documentation process, creating opportunities for savings which we pass directly on to the owner.
