Installed by the first generation of the Burgio family. I called the son, Jim, and he was very courteous as we talked about my needing a new water heater.
Two days later, the job was done. I was very satisfied with the great service and will continue to call Jim if I need any other services in the future.

We worked with Matt to do all the plumbing for our kitchen remodel and later he got our heating system sorted out. He’s quick to respond, goes out of his way to explain what needs done and how he will do it, and, of course, does excellent work. As always, there is more to be done and we will definitely call Matt to do it!

I can’t say enough about Matt and how much respect I have for his work ethic and him in general.. I have used him for a hot water tank install, an outside water faucet and recently a new Furnace install with the help of his dad. Matt when he comes to do a job, he stays until that job is done..if it’s two hours or nine. The finish installations are great and his clean up is the best. What I also respect is when he comes into your house he puts shoe covers on.. Not to many contractors do that.. One last note and that’s he is always there for your questions and concerns. Thank you Matt and thank you to your dad for being someone you can trust with the job.

Matt has done a number of projects for us. He's fast to respond, thorough, resourceful, clearly explains the issues and options, and leaves your home immaculate. Oh, and super nice. Highly recommend.

Jim and his son replaced our old bathtub, shower, and vanity. He was thorough in explaining the process before it started, and when encountering problems with the dated plumbing that had been in place. Excellent work!

Matt replaced an old furnace we had running at 60%. He installed a new high efficient furnace with the aid from his dad. We are very happy with the new furnace.

We have had them install water heaters, faucets, pressure valves and bladders, install toilets, and give us invaluable consultations about our current well water system. They have always come through for us and they will for you too.

We hired Matt and Jim to do what we believed was a small well repair. As is sometimes the case, the job turned out to be quite an extensive amount of work. Both Matt and Jim were very thorough in their explanation of what was needed, and why. They were extremely professional, fun to work with, and very meticulous. Matt and Jim Burgio have completed two very extensive projects for me. The first project was installing a high efficiency propane furnace, and the second project was to replace the plumbing in the house which included first and second floor plumbing. I have a very large farmhouse that dates back to 1847. The heating and plumbing systems had been adapted over the years and resulted in a very overcomplicated, convoluted, inefficient, outdated, over-sized, unattractive system that included extremely old deteriorated components as well as newer additions. Both projects were to eliminate the old systems and install completely new systems. Jim provided a complete statement of work, and estimates for the intended work. Matt took the time to evaluate the structure to analyze an optimal solution and layout. Matt is extremely hardworking, organized, clean, and very focused on the outcome of the project. I have been very pleased with the visual and functional results of their efforts. I also believe that as a result of Matt's dedication and focus, both of these projects were completed in less time than most contractors would have been able to complete this effort in. Thank you, Matt & Jim, for the great job that you have done to get my old house back into good working order.
