We're satisfied with the mini split heat pump installation from Richair. It's replaced our central air system for cooling and has proven useful as a supplemental heat source. The main issue is that there was insufficient explanation on how to use our units, including what the various controls do. As a result, we had to figure it out ourselves, which left us uncertain about how everything works.
