San came in and did a great job on getting the right side of the oven again in no time. San explained that indeed the oven's pilot light just needed to be and once lit the oven burner ignited. This church is grateful for the help in getting oven working as we provide hot meals to go on our Sunday soup kitchen and also our weekly afterschool program. Our washing machine had a problem and we called in for repair. David set up our appointment and discovered the washing machine needed a new gasket. The part was ordered. We were very grateful that we were kept abreast of the ordering and delivering of the part and also the scheduling of Sam, our repair person. Everything was done very quickly and professionally with update calls during the process. Thanks both to David and Sam for their professional work. Highly recommend. Wish all repairs were this simple. Thanks again.

Terrible customer service. The technician arrived past the estimated arrival time. When the technician came out I stressed that I wanted to make sure I did not receive an error code on my dishwasher. After the first time trying to start the dishwasher I noticed water on the floor. When trying to schedule to fix the issue I was met with rude customer service. Just glad I was able to get a refund. Very disappointed as I was looking to become a regular customer. I was advised that my finish tabs were causing a foaming issue despite there being no foam and then offered money to remove my review.

Sam responded to my request right away and is at my house fixing my wine cooler in an hour and a half. He also fixed my range hood and stove, now they are all working great!

I was very, very happy with Sanmind LLC and Mr. Sanal Mudayev for the repair of my 2012 GE Monogram double wall oven. To replace it would have cost at least $6000 for a new oven. There were several issues with it. Sanmind LLC ordered all new GE original parts for the repair and Mr. Mudayev worked carefully and methodically to do the repair and did not leave before being absolutely sure that the oven was working correctly on all the settings. I first thought that I would need to hire the official GE factory repair service which would have been much more expensive but Sanmind LLC and Mr. Mudayev clearly new what they were doing. He replaced the cracked glass on the inside of the lower oven door as well as the main control board and the digital readout board. I would definitely use them for any future appliance repair. I found Sanal on Thumbtack when my washing machine stopped working. He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the control board, and when another problem came up with the door, he went out of his way to try to fix it — even ordering a replacement part. When it couldn’t be repaired, he refunded me in full (minus the initial visit fee) without any hassle. He was very prompt in responding to emails and questions, professional, and a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend!
