Terrible Experience with Air Comfort Service Group
I'm thoroughly let down by the HVAC service provided by Air Comfort Service Group. They promised to clean my AC units' drain pans twice a year as part of our contract. But, just two months later, I was dealing with clogged drains that caused water damage to my apartment and the unit below.
When I called to report the problem, the representative made light of my concerns, refused help, snickered, and ended the call when I asked for her name. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a stark lack of customer care.
I tried to resolve this issue directly with the company, but their response was unhelpful and dishonest. Two independent HVAC technicians confirmed that the drain pans and lines weren't cleaned, contradicting the company's claims. They ignored all the evidence I provided and quickly terminated my contract to avoid accountability. The company can't even perform basic maintenance tasks.
This experience has been incredibly infuriating, and I expected much better service and integrity from Air Comfort Service Group.
