We have used R & R Property Services and Landscaping for over 6+ Years for lawn maintenance, mulching , gravel and trenching water springs. My experience has been absolutely wonderful. We have unsuccessfully worked with other companies prior to working with R & R Property Services & Landscaping. R & R shows up when they say they will show up, they take pride in their work, they are always open to working with you and keep you informed to any improvements or changes in schedule and they are professionals. I have seen first hand R & R hiring employees who care not only for the safety of the homeowner but of ensuring the safety of unwanted critters. I consider R & R Property Services & Landscaping "Best in Category" .

We have had R&R do our lawns for two years. They do a great job and don’t mow if it is not needed. We have provided feedback twice and they promptly acted on our feedback to our satisfaction. We are not usually home when they mow, so it is nice to have a reliable service.

We have been using and depending on R&R company for years at CHAUTAUQUA. They are very profession and dependable and always available when needed. They are our go to company at CHAUTAUQUA! They take care of taking the leaves out of our gutters. They take care of huge icicles not forming off the roof.
They put in and take our window air conditioners before and after the season along other needed help we need each year. The staff is the BEST. We highly recommend R&R Property Services and Landscaping!

R&R Landscaping cleared out my yard in early spring and did a prompt and meticulous job! I had emailed detailed instructions and we agreed on a price before they came out to do the work. All the work they did was excellent (and I am on the OC side). My only reservation was an attempt to add on a travel fee (for a 4-mile trip?) after we agreed on the price. But when I expressed resistance about the extra fee, the company was willing to void the charge. I will use them again.

The R&R team is professional and timely, and I would highly recommend them for any job, big or small. Their work is high quality and attention to detail and customer satisfaction are priorities. We very much look forward to R&R being in our wheelhouse from now on - thank you Rick and Kimberly and crew for putting our minds at ease - your work is beautiful :)

R&R handles both our lawn mowing and snow removal for our home owners association.in Mayville. We have a total of 9 families and a mix of full time residence as well as part time residence. R&R has been our best provider of these services for the past 3 years. We have neighbors that may come up to their homes for a mid week ski trip on a late Tuesday evening and never had any issues with being able to get into their driveway or parking area no matter when mother nature decides to bless us with 2 feet of snow. Same great service in summer, they mow the lawns on Thursday in time for everyone to enjoy the weekend with a freshly manicured lawn. I wish more local businesses shared R&R's enthusiasm for customer service and attention to detail, it really makes a difference. Check them out, they're the best around...Craig

I don't know how the owner of this company interacts with the people who pay money, but I'll tell you my bad story, As a truck driver .
The man who delivered his cargo at 6 am!
The owner, presumably coming out of his warm bed, asked me to have a pallet jack. Which I've never had in my history of working on a truck.
After my answer that i don’t have it he started screaming, why did i come to him.
I explain that it's not my fault. No one told me I needed a pallet jack. SCREAMING AGAIN!
said he can call to the towing company for my overnight parking on his property and get the ticket. Overnight parking was on the street ( shoulder) again , everything happened for HIS CARGO LOAD.
Left his property with his load. Tried call to broker and to my company.
After few hours got the call from broker that it’s his mistake don’t worry and go back to the facility. They will unload me.
He had a pallet jack , just he was angry in the morning and HID IT!
arrived again and met three guys, probably helpers. Very nice people.
Four of us barely managed to remove the pallets, which the owner asked me to do alone.
The owner did not appear.
I want to say that I don't think all these reviews are honest.
I can only approach this person with the language of the law , truck cameras have recorded how he spoke with me, but I don't have the time or money for all this.
Me and my family with 2 kids new in USA and what I need most right now is all day and night work.
These are all words from my heart that I wanted to say. I am very sorry that I met such a person.
