Dock Builder reviews in Merrick, New York

If you’re looking for any marine construction, save your time/money and choose Triton. Angelo is hands down the best - local, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He will get what you exactly what you need in an organized fashion and at the speed of light, no tricks. Will definitely use Triton in the near future.

Great company to deal with.
Workers are neat and polite.
Craftsmanship is top notch.

I can't say how good their construction work is. Came out a couple of months ago. Talked a good game and left. I never heard from him again. No estimate provided. Didn't answer my text messages or my phone calls. Just disappeared. The real kicker is I received a flyer in the mail today from them!!

Angelo came to my house gave me a quote which I agreed on, and then gave me the runaround. Told me he was in my area working and would come within a week. Week went by and then he said the week after and gave me an actual date. That day came around and I tried to contact him and got no response. It’s been several weeks now, still no word. At least give a common courtesy call. I forgot that there’s no common courtesy anymore these days…. Go elsewhere and spend your money on a company who actually cares.

Angelo’s team constructed a dock extension and gangway along with a piling / whaler dock repair all of which exceeded my expectations. Quality workmanship, professionalism and reasonable cost. Highly recommend Trident Water.

Triton was extremely helpful in fixing our bulkhead. Angelo was great to work with.

There’s one reason you call Triton, professionalism. When you call Triton, if you don’t get to speak to Angelo the owner when you call, you leave a message and he gets back to you within hours if not sooner. When other dock builders yes you to death and the scheduled appointment comes and goes, you’ll regret you didn’t call Triton. Prompt, professional, reasonable & top quality work. Take my advice, don’t waste your time waiting. Call Angelo

I used Triton for new floating docks, ramps, and piling and was very pleased with the experience. They were professional, courteous, and their craftsmanship was second to none. Top notch materials and great attention to details. Angelo returns calls promptly and provided a detailed and fair estimate.

The definition of above and beyond. Angelo And his team were prompt, professional and exceeded all expectations for service and quality. We had a dock, platform and ramp installed in less than 3 days all while maintaining the highest quality work.

Angelo also picked up, delivered and installed a PWC dock free of charge from a separate unaffiliated marina. That os the true definition of excellent service.

Furthermore, his original quotes price was lower than 2 others in the area in spite of top quality materials and construction.

Triton Water Construction was referred to us by a friend after our bulkhead tie rods snapped over the winter and we were in dire need of some repair. The face of the bulkhead had started to belly out in a 15 ft area causing the property to slope to one corner. After putting out a couple of calls to other bulkhead companies and being told the only way to solve my problem was to rip out and do all new bulkhead, Thankfully I was given Angelo's number. After some investigation Angelo and his guys found our issue. They installed an entire new lay log deadman support system with 6x6 whalers and heavy duty tie rods. They were able to dig behind and pull back the majority of the belly and straighten the face of bulkhead to best of their ability. After backfilling and leveling out everything, they built a beautiful new walkway along the waters edge all out of premium marine grade lumber and premium hardware. The property was left leveled and ready for landscaping. Excellent group of hardworking and skilled guys. Angelo responded to every question with professionalism and was eager to solve any issue before it became one. I highly recommend Angelo and his crew to anyone that is looking for top quality marine construction.

Triton Water Construction is the best in the business. They have completed bulkhead repairs, installed pilings for my dock and a jet ski lift at my home. All the work was performed professionally with a skilled team. Angelo was very reliable and used existing infrastructure when possible. The job was well planned and constructed. Highly recommend.

We hired Angelo (Triton Water Construction) to install a floating dock and an aluminum gangway onto our dock. We are very pleased, he and his crew did a great job. He is a true gentlman, and a pleasue to do business with, and his crew is professional and hard working. We highly recommend you give your next water construction job to Angelo and Triton Water Construction.

Can’t say enough good things about Angelo and his crew. My wife and I recently moved and needed work done to our bulkhead. Most companies gave us the run around or were very unprofessional when they showed up to give us estimates. Angelo answered all our questions and laid out all of our options. The price was more than fair and the work was outstanding. If you need bulkhead work you need to contact this company you won’t be disappointed.

Great experience working with Angelo and Triton Water Construction. Angelo kept me involved throughout the whole build process. His turnaround time was very fast and his team of dock builders were very professional. I received multiple quotes from different builders and am happy I went with Triton. I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Angelo & Triton Water Construction! Angelo is perfectionist with what he does! The man is methodical!!! I don’t think he knows the word no! While Angelo was building my current lift my old lift motor broke and Angelo came the next town over and he fixed my old lift too!!! Anything I asked him for was a YES! Before I hired him he promised me that the day the materials showed up to my house would be the day he started my project & he kept his word. People like Angelo are a dying breed. I would not to recommend Angelo to friends & family! I also want to give a shoutout to Angelo’s crew whom were polite, friendly & just overall just a great group of guys!
