The name says it all.. these guys are the best. We are so happy with the work they did in our kitchen—not only were they quick and efficient but incredibly thorough. Our new faucet looks great and we get compliments on our kitchen sink set up all the time!

Simply the Best Plumbing is the guys that I always go to for any of my boiler or plumbing issues. They are always here for us, very professional and reasonably priced.

1 week of no hot water or heat/sometimes neither, 2 failed plumbers who didn’t know what they were doing, to finally Steven who figured everything out in less time than the others and came out to help me on short notice on a weekend which happened to also be Valentine’s Day (sorry to the Mrs), then giving me a steep discount because he’s fair and compassionate, I’ve learned my lesson. I’m always going to reach out to Steven for all my plumbing needs. Highly highly recommend Steven and Simply the Best. Thank you. He really is the best.

I needed a company to replace my water heater. One plumber I spoke with never showed up.

One company quoted me 50% more for this job (and suggested I "swap out" my perfectly good boiler "while they were at it...")

Simply The Best came in with a competitive quote and got things moving quickly. They sent a great plumber, Larry, who did an awesome job. The work was done quickly, neatly and professionally.

Would highly recommend this company.

A couple of days ago my shower was luke warm. Yesterday it was ice cold. I said “I’m not taking a cold shower” so I called Keith’s Plumbing. Several years ago they replaced an indirect hot water heater and did a nice job. When I called I didn’t expect Keith to pick up so it was a nice surprise that he did. I said it wasn’t urgent so he asked me to call him back at 8:30 that night, since he was at a job and didn’t have his schedule. I called back and he answered right away. He said he’d be over the next day at 1pm. He was right on time.
That day he was supposed to come, unexpectedly the hot water started working again. But I wanted him to evaluate the system anyway. He came, checked a few things and didn’t change me for a service call which I thought was really nice of him. He wanted me to call him back if it happened again. He handled my situation as a good, reasonable business person should. I will definitely use Keith’s Plumbing again.

I recommend Keith’s Plumbing & Heating. Keith installed an electric hot water heater in my home and had taken the time to make sure that the installation was a success. He explained that the unit’s temperature might need to be fined tuned to meet our family’s needs. When I called him the next day he came to my house in 15 minutes to raise the unit’s temperature. Now it is perfect & giving my family the hot shower that had been lacking for years. Keith called repeatedly later that day to make sure we were happy with the revised water temperature. We are very pleased & will make sure we call Keith in the future for any plumbing & heating needs.

Now I know why Keith gets great reviews. My wife Andi called him about a minor repair to our toilet and he came on the same day to make the repair. He was polite, efficient, Covid safe, and very reasonably priced. We only needed a gasket replaced and he fixed it in less than 10 minutes. I will now use him for any plumbing needs.

Absolutely 5 stars for Keith! He was quick to respond, professional, and very fair with his pricing. He replaced my leaking bathroom sink and two old, faulty water valves—efficiently and with great attention to detail. Even with the frustrating delay from my building’s management company in shutting off the water, Keith stayed patient and got the job done without a hitch. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs!

We had a big problem when our new Dual Gas Range Stove was delivered, we weren't able to push it back against the wall bc of the gas pipe and water line obstructing it. When Keith's Plumbing arrived, he took one quick look and repositioned the stove gas pipeline disconnected and reconnected our range stove so it can pushed back/ flush against the wall. Keith and his staff was very responsive, honest, quick and my husband and i were extremely satisfied with his services. (His pricing was very reasonable and fair). They were also very respectful of the Covid rules, wore their masks and shoe booties into our hosue. On top of everything else, they cleaned everything up before they left. We hightly recommended his services to anyone who is looking for a plumber!!!

Called Keith to fix a clogged washing machine drain and fix toilet . He was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. He patiently explained the situation. He charged a fair price to try the least expensive fix first. If it turns out this is not adequate, he said he will apply some of what I’ve already paid towards the cost of the next step. I’ve called on Keith previously and will continue to do so. I recommend him highly.

I was extremely happy with Keith‘s plumbing service, I was extremely happy with the installation of my bathroom sink and also the installation of my water filter, he was very efficient and very knowledgeable in his craft and got the job done right away, professional services.👍👍👍

Excellent plumber and great guy. Honest, reliable and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a go to guy for all your plumbing needs Kieth is your man.

Keith was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This was another job well done by a true professional. He was punctual, friendly and most importantly very skilled in his trade. Thanks again!

A Plumber with SKILL and INTEGRITY?!
PRICELESS (or at least a Great Price 😀)
Keith M was amazing! He diagnosed the issue skillfully and accurately, clearly discussed options as it was a potentially big repair, even offered ways to mitigate the issue until the repair could be made!! WOW

Again, Thank you Keith!! I definitely understand all the 5 star reviews!
