For decades K.J.Kenny has built its brand on response, good service, and affordability. I recommend this dependable company as I have used them in several homes.

Kenny is not the right guy because they don't show up on time. Their job is ok, their office sucks. They are always smoking in there, this is 2023 stop stocking in door where clients are there. Also the Reception is rude as hell. They smoke all they in their offices. Not guys to be trusted.

Using JHACS for my generator installation and service is just the beginning of their capabilities. My phone calls are answered promptly by a team of people who understand true customer service and interface. The team is attentive to my needs.
They just installed a new EV charger for me on a timely basis. They left my home in pristine condition and took care of some issues that arose during their work.

Was quoted a specific price to service my generator, then charged for extras without prior notification.
System had since been left in inoperative condition.
When i called to request them to come remedy, they had the nerve to ask for $318.49 for a service call.
This company obviously does not guarantee their work and is only concerned with overcharging clients in exchange for poor quality work.

We used this company to install our Genrac generator. From the ordering of the generator , getting the necessary town paperwork , and installation this company has been on top of it all . All work was done neatly and quite quickly . I’m so happy to have the peace of mind that if the power goes out , we now will indeed have a power source that we can count on ! ! Thank You so much !

Chris and his family do a fantastic job start to finish. With covid things were harder than typical yet they still did right by us. Sold and installed a 20K generator with whole home auto transfer switch. Never again will we lose power. They handled all the permits and coordinating with other contractors.

Love that there is someone answering the phone to listen to exactly what I needed to have done. Back in December around the holidays they understood the importance and had someone come over within hours. This month, just needed an outlet change for my AC and they were able to accommodate me the next day! Great news, one of the same guys was working! The consistency is great.

JHACS is probably expecting this review since I voiced my unhappiness with their service and they refused to remedy it. I hired them to install an outdoor outlet for an electric vehicle. I told them I need an enclosure with a 14-50 outlet.
Install day they showed up 3 hours late and gave me some lame excuse about an emergency when in fact they booked me for the wrong time. I would feel better if you acknowledge you made a mistake. I took a day off when I only need to take 1/2 day.
The two men that showed up were no older than 30y/o which concerned me. They showed up with their supplies and also arrived with the wrong cable size, 8AWG romex. I had to argue with them to use the correct cable size. The EV would be pulling 40A continuous for 10 hours and any good electrician would want to use a 6AWG for a long run. They wanted to charge me extra to use the correct cable size. It was apparent to me they chose cheaper materials to cut costs. We settled for the difference and the install went ahead.
A few weeks later I received the car and charger plug doesn't fit in the box. The receptacle was mounted upside down without enough clearance to plug in. Again I voiced my disappointment and surpise, they wanted to charge me extra to come and fix it.
When you ask for a finished product and the product doesn't meet the needs of the customer, you fix it. The outlet is now completely useless.
Needless to say I won't be using JHACS again. If you decide to use them get everything in writing and pay with a credit card so you can dispute when things go wrong.

JHACS Electric has been nothing but professional. They made the entire generator process seamless. It was a please working with them from start to finish. Which reminds me I need to get on their service program....
