These guys are awesome! Been using John and his team for years for both routine cleaning (they come about every 6-months - we have a lot of white) and 'emergency' cleaning when a dog has an issue or a friend launches wine. (they've cleaned them all...them all!)

We have used John and his team for many years in both Southampton and Manhattan. They are magicians when it comes to cleaning. They always show up promptly, are professional, explain their process and then move forward. Most recently, we had a ceiling leak brown water on a white rug. John came out immediately and cleaned the spot, leaving no marks at all. I cannot say enough good things about the office staff as well! Always friendly to work with!

We had a bad spill on a white carpet over a holiday weekend. John was super responsive and had his guys there at 9am Monday morning. They did a great job, took out the stain and then helped me rotate the carpet before leaving. Have to love this level of customer service.

This firm restored my faith in people. I inadvertently created a water stain in my sofa when I was cleaning it. The owner of this firm, after looking at photos told me that, in lieu of coming to my home - which would have entailed a mandatory charge- I should use a special solution that he had created specially for me - and which was free of charge. I followed his detailed instructions and the stain is largely gone. How many merchants do you know who would go to these lengths for a customer?

I've used All Clean Carpet a few times and am always blown away by their professionalism and skill. They were originally recommended to me by B&B Italia and they have not disappointed. Most importantly, they always somehow remove stains that I'm convinced will be the death of my white rug or couch. But they're also extremely responsive, helpful, and fast. From the person who answers the phone, to the person who shows up at my house, to the owner of the company, every single person is a pleasure to deal with. We hired All Clean Carpet to clean a few rugs and couldn't be more pleased with the results. For one of them, they performed a miracle that we did not even think was possible. When they first tried to remove the dark, heavy stains from this particular rug, they were not successful, but instead of leaving it there, they were undeterred. They said "we will try one more thing," and what followed was pure magic.

We used All Clean to help treat our rugs to protect against spills. Afterwards, our dog had an accident on the rug. We called on a holiday weekend and got step by step instructions on how to remove the stain. We were able to get it out ourselves without damaging the rug. About three years ago I had my carpeted stairs cleaned by a nationally-known carpet cleaning company. I figured I was in good hands. A young, inexperienced worker showed up and essentially did little more than soak my carpet. I called to complain and another worker showed up and did a little better job. Over the past few years, my carpeted stairs got more and more soiled. On the verge of replacing a perfectly good but dirty carpet, I heard of All Clean Carpet on the radio and decided to give them a try. I called and spoke to one of their very helpful staff and set an appointment for a cleaning. I stressed to them that the stairs were very soiled and I needed them to be thoroughly cleaned. Come the day of my appointment, the cleaning crew of three, including the owner John, showed up promptly and went to work on the stairs -- and they worked!! My carpeted stairs are now spotless and I could not be happier!! I will recommend All Clean Carpet to all and any of my friends to use for their rug, carpet and upholstery cleaning needs -- instead of the advertised nationally-known company who did a less-than stellar job. No comparison between a big company that sub-contracts out their jobs and a smaller company where the owner himself comes and does the hard work.
