Andrew from TruGreen has been a great in helping in the recovery of my Cherry Skip Laurels. His knowledge and professionalism has saved me thousands in replacement costs.

Trugreen saved my newly planted sod a couple of years ago after my husband over fertilized it. The bare spots are now green. They are very accommodating and will come back if necessary to satisfy you. I highly recommend them

We requested Andrew to deliver a quality application of treatment for our trees and shrubs. TruGreen provides a solid application schedule and is very effective provided you have technicians that care like Andrew.

I have now paid almost 800 dollars this year! annd my lawn it’s the absolute worse its ever been! It does not matter what is wrong , right or different about my grass. I have typical bluegrass sod installed 3 years ago.

Last year my lawn was perfect. Either you take care of my lawn or I am stopping payment Immediately!

If its fungus, fix it!!

This is my second year using TruGreen. I don’t think I will be using them for a third. This year when they came to aerate and overseed my lawn, they damaged my property. Looks like they ran over and bumped into things on my property with their aerator machine. They put a decent hole in my fence. They cracked the corner of the siding on my house. And they broke my plastic gutter down spouts. To add insult to injury, they didn’t even do the overseeding part. Which by the way is the second year in a row they skipped over doing the over seeding. I had to call them to get them to come back to do the seeding. Which I have to do again this year with them. Plus getting them to pay for the damage done to my property. I’m sure there are other companies out there where I won’t have these headaches.

Update: I had called to register a complaint. The person I spoke to took down all my info and said that this would escalated to a manger and expect to hear from them on Monday. No one has reached out to me yet….
Update: A manager called me back and was very apologetic. She assured me they will address the issue.

Horrible! They burnt my lawn! I paid 5k this past fall for new sod and thought I was contacting a reputable company for lawn care. On their first visit the tech burnt my lawn. I have been talking to John the supervisor and Joe the manager. All they have offered was seeding which in the dead of summer will not take. I want to cry when I look at my lawn. They DO NOT have qualified techs to treat your lawn. I will wait for a few weeks to see if the seeding will work this time( second try). If not, I will take. Them to small claims court. This is absolutely unacceptable to me because I trusted them to take care of my lawn not kill it!

Amazing company to work with. We have very large leyland cypress and they cut them back to make a beautiful privacy wall. They are clean and organize and extremely accomodating to work with. I highly recommend them for all your landscaping needs.

If you want a good landscaping company, this isn’t it. While they come weekly, they do the job poorly—blowing clippings and debris onto neighboring lawns, not cleaning up after themselves, and showing no respect for the neighborhood. Even when confronted, they continue to disrespect others.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I am a very meticulous and picky customer to say the least. Andrew and his crew have done a top-notch job here since the very first day. They came at the same time every week paying attention to details that other companies simply never even thought about. Andrew was very helpful in figuring out some problems I was having here with my lawn and was quick to remedy them all. His crew is very respectful and hardworking, especially Oscar who ran the crew. He has a very warm and understanding way about him that just makes you feel comfortable. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for next level job. Thank you, Andrew!
