When Israel from Roof Leak Enders came to my house to do the estimate, he ran a hose over my window and went up in my attic to diagnose the leak problems I was having. His thoroughness and attention to detail is what drove me to use Roof Leak Enders to repair my roof that had a leak in an upper bedroom and had the company install capping around my windows. I would recommend this company.

I was asked to leave a google review: I had a good experience with this company.
I ended up with nice shingles but had gaping holes in my roof. My roof is about 100 years old and had no holes prior to my installation. I had expressed my concern of my posts being far apart and was assured that it would be ok. Unfortunately i ended up with several large holes (6in x 14in) in my roof. I communicated this problem after the installation and was told that as long as the flashing was sealed it was ok. And I have not had any leaks. However I now have these large holes in my roof and I feel uneasy about them. The sent the worker to apply wood to cover the holes to make me feel better.
Another issue I had was that there seemed to be a couple of small communication issues but that could have been my fault. However, I am very pleased with how well they were able to handle any bump. Victor was extremely responsive and did everything he could to ensure I was satisfied with the work done to my roof. I would have preferred that he was present at the work site to ensure everything we s discussed was happening instead of having to call but he was responsive so it was ok. All workers at the job were courteous and respectful. Even Nicole at the office was very friendly and helpful.
