I am extremely dissatisfied with the cleaning service I received and feel compelled to share my experience in detail, as it fell far below basic expectations for professionalism, cleanliness, and respect for my home. From the start, there were significant concerns regarding hygiene and cleaning practices. I personally witnessed staff using the same sponge to clean the toilet and then immediately use it on bathroom countertops and sinks. When I addressed this, they briefly switched to paper towels but continued to use the same materials across multiple surfaces. Similarly, the same towel was repeatedly used throughout the home—for sinks, countertops, appliances, and even inside my refrigerator. At one point, that same towel was used to wipe my already clean dishes and trays, which was extremely concerning. There were plenty of clean towels available, yet they continued to reuse a single one across multiple rooms and surfaces. I also observed a staff member (Fran) cleaning the toilet with her own wand and then repeatedly placing the dirty wand directly on the floor. Additionally, inappropriate cleaning products were used—such as granite cleaner being applied inside the oven—even though proper products were available and provided. There was also a lack of respect for my home and belongings. Cabinets were opened without permission, and they helped themselves to a brand-new roll of paper towels and additional cleaning supplies without asking. I had provided a complete set of cleaning tools, including a vacuum, mop, broom, duster, and microfiber cloths, yet they unnecessarily used their own supplies inconsistently. My personal towels were mixed into their cleaning pile and not returned. Despite giving clear instructions on what needed attention (microwave, oven, overhead vent, fridge, dusting, windows, and dressers), the work was rushed and incomplete. Surfaces remained visibly dusty, windows had handprints, and many areas were not properly cleaned. Instead, time was wasted washing dishes that were already clean—even after I specifically asked them to stop and clarified that the kitchen did not need that level of attention. One individual spent nearly the entire three-hour visit in the kitchen, while the rest of the home was rushed through. The quality of work downstairs was especially poor. Vacuuming of the entire area was completed in approximately 15 minutes, and this was done while one of the workers was on the phone, speaking loudly. When I politely asked for an additional area (the boiler room) to be cleaned, Fran dismissed me by putting her hand up in my face and continuing her conversation, which I found extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The team later claimed the area had been cleaned, but I know for a fact it was never touched. Communication and professionalism throughout the visit were unacceptable. The team arrived late for an 8:00 AM booking, showing up around 10:30 AM, and then left early after only about three hours—even though the appointment was scheduled for 4.5 hours. They abruptly packed up and left without informing me, leaving me confused and having to follow up myself. When I contacted their supervisor, I was told they had another booking to get to, and if I wanted additional time, I would need to schedule it separately. This was extremely frustrating, as I was simply expecting the full service that I had already booked and paid for. I made a conscious effort to give the team space and did not hover over them. I only checked in occasionally to offer assistance or clarify tasks, which is when I observed these issues firsthand. Overall, the lack of basic hygiene practices, disregard for instructions, poor time management, unprofessional behavior, and inadequate quality of work resulted in my home being left in worse condition than when they arrived. I have serious concerns about the safety and cleanliness standards of this service. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Do not trust them! I booked them, followed up with them, confirmed with them, and they never showed. They also didn't call and explain. I finally reached them over an hour past the scheduled time and they were "sorry" but they weren't gonna come.

Pleasant team was very efficient and hard working, really paid attention to all the corners and hard to reach dirty areas, got rid of so much dirt and grime. Great price too!
