I've had no heat for most of this week and have been left feeling frustrated and let down. The lack of follow-through and poor communication are a far cry from what was initially promised. To be honest, I regret ever choosing this company, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

When I asked about the reason for the price, the lady said it was estimated at 2 hours for labor, with the rest covering parts. That's it. No details were provided beyond that. As someone who has run an interior design business for over 20 years and regularly deals with contractors, I'm familiar with contractors marking up parts to cover their time sourcing them. But this quote is outrageous. It feels like they assumed a certain level of flexibility just because I'm a woman - it's not that hard to be transparent about the price! The lack of transparency in the estimate is appalling. I'm extremely disappointed and can't recommend this company.
