Called to clean out a clog in my main line to septic tank. They told me the pipe was cracked and sent over a person to video it. They “confirmed” is was broken and quoted me $6,000 to repair, but wouldn’t put it in writing. All that was needed was my septic tank needed to be cleaned, $400. Scam.

The installers were prompt, arriving exactly on time, even though it was Sunday. They were knowledgable and took the time to answer my questions. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards.

The person did a wonderful job, solved the problem and even took time to clean up in the sink that was not even the problem but had filled with dark water during the process. Great service.

I am revising my rating of this company down after experiencing even greater questionable billing practices. I had the company fix a broken garden hose pipe and then clean up the water damage afterwards. For the pipe, I was told the job would be $750, then got a bill for almost $1,000. Apparently the quote didn't include parts of which I was not informed. The job was already overpriced, but then became way too much, plus it felt like a bait and switch. They estimated the cleanup at $1,500-$2,000, which already seemed like way too much, but they definitely pulled the whole "mold is no joke" gag and we just decided to do it. I spoke with the technician afterwards and he said it was a super easy job and there actually wasn't much water and no mold in the walls (a small 3.5 foot X 2.5 foot area). He said the bill would be on the bottom end of the range. I ended up getting a bill for the highest amount! When I refused to pay and asked for a detailed invoice I figured out why: they grossly overcharged on almost every line item. For example, they charged two separate items for the floor, one for cleaning and one for water extraction (the floor didn't even get water on it). They charged for 225 square feet - I measured the space and it was only 50 square feet! They also sprayed antimicrobials on about a 30-40 square foot area and charged for 285 square feet!! This went from being overpriced to being straight up fraudulent. I will be referring them to the BBB and hope anyone else who uses them looks carefully at their invoices before paying.

PS - the only thing the company did when they reached out to try to "make things right" regarding the pipe was to explain how their behavior was normal, though they would be sending the information to corporate to improve their practices....

Richard was professional, kind, and got the job done quickly. There was a clog in our main clean out and he took care of it without issue. 100% recommend.

The service person, Diego, arrived on time as promised. He performed the drain cleaning, including removal and reinstallation of the toilet. The problem was resolved. Diego was courteous and professional. I would use them again.

Thankfully roto rooter was able to send a tech quickly. Ernesto was our tech. He was professional, on time, and was able to fix the problem.

We have been dealing with a clogged toilet/line for quite a while. Roto Rooter has been out several times and did right by us when the problem persisted. Their service technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. Mario Vuksanaj and Harold really knows their stuff.

We had two great guys from Roto-Rooter at our house this morning. If you are lucky enough to get Harold and Damien you will be very pleased with their work and friendliness. Both had a great sense of humor and really praised the company that they work for not just a job but a career with a wonderful extended family. Thanks guys Whiskey on me. Lol!

Roto Rooter came the same day I called. The plumber was kind, friendly and really tried to figure out the problem with my sinks and worked for over and hour on the issue. He explained the problem, fixed it and advised me on how to prevent problem from happening again.

Scam. Needed a shower drain unclogged, they were quick to respond which is great, but tried to charge me $600 for a 15 minute job with a $4k water softener upsell.

Wilson fixed a backed up sewer line perfectly! He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Would highly recommend him & Roto Rooter again
