As you can see from the picture, something as simple as making sure the saddle matches the color of the floor they themselves installed was not even something they could deliver on. Our original saddle they threw away, then they took over 2 months to bring over a new one and install it. It is the wrong color and the wood is not even finished, it feels rough to the touch. For a project that they charged close to $4k for a small bedroom, to think this is acceptable is extremely wrong. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. They have absolutely no attention to detail.

After some flooding in the basement we hired Magna Dry restoration to help clean up the water damage. To replace the destroyed flooring we opted to install some luxury vinyl plank flooring. My wife and I were not familiar with it prior to speaking with George and the team. They took the time to explain the benefits of LVP vs other types of flooring, showed us various samples and took meticulous measurements to make sure everything needed was ordered and on time for the job. They worked quickly and finished the job ahead of schedule. In the past other companies have left hours of cleaning for me after they've left the job.... Not Magna Dry...they took the time to thoroughly clean the entire site! They were an absolute pleasure to work with and we are extremely satisfied with the finished product

I had an emergency situation with a rug —one morning my pets had badly stained it. Magna Dry were nice enough to take the appointment quickly and even called me back to let me know they had found an earlier window. They came, moved the furniture, and did a perfect job. The results were excellent.

Response was immediate with next day service. They were on time, respectful of the people in the house. They were extra careful about cleanliness, which is impressive since they were cleaning up sewage. I would heartily recommend this company.
