Troy and everyone at Muffetta's were amazing. They were so professional, so accommodating and really compassionate. They were all so understanding and went above and beyond to accommodate us in a very challenging time for our family. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

We are new to the area with no local references and needed housecleaning help. Muffetta's is great. Very professional. They are particularly great about communicating and setting expectations. You know what you'll get, you can ask for more or less, and clear instructions are given to the cleaning staff. And their cleaning supplies smell great as a bonus.

Muffetta's Domestic Assistant service cleaned my house on Saturday, May 31, 2014. I spoke with Troy, the business lead, who provided information about the Spring Clean service that I requested. He answered my questions and provided an estimate that was 100% accurate (based on the final invoice). The day of the cleaning, three women arrived promptly at 9am. There were two cleaners and one manager who stayed for a good 1/2 hour to inspect the house, review with the cleaners how she wanted the job done, and said she would be back at the end of the cleaning service. The manager returned with one hour left of the cleaning time to ensure everything was up to par, and she even helped clean the refrigerator when I asked if that had been completed yet. The team that cleaned was very professional, friendly, and seemed trustworthy. I was so excited to see the black scuff marks (from shoes/wear and tear) that were on my stairs gone completely- the cleaners used magic erasers to ensure there was no spot left behind on the walls or the stairs. The team cleaned the floors, couches, windows, blinds, bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen, including the inside of the refrigerator. I am 8 months pregnant so having a clean house before my little one comes was really important to me. The house is spotless. I wish I could have them come every week! I would not hesitate to use the service again. I was even impressed when Troy called me on the following Monday after the service to ensure I was happy and to ask if I had any questions. Mufetta's is a quality company and one that I would not hesitate to use again. I highly recommend this company for a cleaning- you won't be disappointed.

I am updating my review. I did not have a great experience but everyone is extremely nice. I asked for a deep clean before we moved into our home. I did not get a deep clean. They forgot to clean the oven and only grazed my floors with a mop (wiping floor with a wet paper towel turned black). However, after my reviews and conversations with them, they came back and cleaned my oven and kitchen floors. Overall I feel they are overpriced: $38/ hour per person. They sent 2 people to come all day and still didn't clean properly. But like I said, they sent people back to fix the oven and kitchen floor to my satisfaction.

I was very lucky to have Muffetta's recommended to me by a friend who used them saving me lots of time researching! Joan was wonderful! Punctual, friendly and very thorough! What a treat it was to come home to a spotless apartment!!! Windows too! Thank you Troy for working with me and expediting my request so quickly!!! I called on a Friday - CLEAN SPOTLESS apartment by Monday!! Thank you and I will be calling again soon!

I had the true delight to have two of the most wonderful, detailed young ladies do a deep clean process as we prepared our move.
Just walked the house down and they went on their way and did not stop for eight hours.
Great to delegate and have the job done to perfection.

Anna and Tricia were amazing. They not only cleaned up the four bedrooms,kitchen and bathrooms but also tackled my man-cave in the basement. They did a very good job cleaning but also showed off their interior design skills. Anna showed me how I could gain more room in my bedroom by reorganizing the furniture. It is still in the configuration today. Thanks Anna!

Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with the service. They had come once before and did an excellent job. This time they stepped it up a notch and showed us that they not only wanted to do a good job cleaning but gave serious consideration to how the rooms looked when they were done. They even arranged our daughters many stuffed animals on her bed so that she could dive into them. These ladies are not only professionals, they genuinely care about how happy the customer is with their outcomes of their work. I am about to have them come back next week.

The deep cleaning service was given to me as a gift. What a wonderful experience! Iris arrived on time and did an amazing job. Very professional office and I highly recommend all of Muffetta's services. You will NOT be disappointed!

* UPDATE - Muffetta’s does not require a customer to book a cleaning for 8 hours. That is incorrect. Their minimum I believe is 5 hours, but please check with the company directly.

Muffetta Service was thorough and professional. In all aspects with the cleaning staff, admins, mgmt. They are solid.

Only negative is that they should have options. Sometimes you don’t need 8 hours of cleaning for a single small family home. A quick sweep, mop, bathrooms, kitchen will suffice. It can get a little pricey. But you get what you pay for and with Muffetta’s, it’s solid excellent work.

This is my third time using Muffetta's! EVERY single time they come, I so happy! Everything is cleaned (in detail) and those that come to clean are extremely friendly. This is top quality work! And I will continue to ask them to come as I'm always satisfied! Whether it's deep cleaning or tidying up, they do a great job! I highly recommend.

Fantastic!! The ladies are punctual and do a great job! My kids love when they come :) We have a fairly large house and after an initial cleaning overhaul, have one person come bi weekly to maintain. She is fantastic. Worth the price for a company you can trust. Troy is incredibly friendly and even dropped off cleaning supplies at my house himself! We highly recommend!!

Our housekeeper always does an exceptional job, and my home is spotless after she leaves. The service is very easy to work with. I also used them for a "deep clean" of my house before moving in, and they did an excellent job.

I have used several cleaning services in the past and none was satisfactory. However, Muffetta's has, by far, exceeded my expectations. The cleaning service, customer service and courtesy of the staff is EXCELLENT! My cleaning lady Jackie is a jem and she does amazing work. I have recommended a few friends and will continue to do so. Have had 2 deep cleanings with Muffetta's. Was a pleasure from start to finish. Prompt and professional customer service and follow-up from Troy. Excellent and thorough cleanings by the staff. My experience with Muffetta's cleaning services was absolutely the best. I used them for a move in cleaning and they did a great job!Troy was very helpful and explained everything to me before I booked an appointment with them. Brenda came a little bit late but to her defense I live in a very complicated location! She was very efficient and absolutely delivered! I would totally call them again! Very professional!

While I was in the hospital recovering from major surgery my son and daughter-in-law surprised me by hiring Muffetta's to clean my 1 bedroom apartment prior to my coming home. They also set up a cleaning session for every two weeks. Being a senior citizen, it was getting a bit hard to keep up with the cleaning. After the surgery it was really impossible for me to do any. A deep cleaning was done initially and then a 5 hour session every two weeks. Jackie is an angel. She is so personable. After she finishes her cleaning, my apartment just sparkles. Troy is a pleasure to speak to, and is so helpful. I am happy so say that Muffetta's and I are going to have a long term relationship.

Muffetta's Cleaning Service is reliable and responsible. The owner is involved with the day to day operations and he demonstrated open and quick communication plus gave me a fair price for the service. The staff memeber sent to my house arrived on time and did an excellent job within the time frame agreed upon in advance. Everything was easy, upfront and satisfactory. I would definitely recommend Muffetta's.

Troy at Muffetta's, responsible for estimates and coordinating appointments, started my experience in a positive way. He was very patient while we were undergoing construction and unsure of the completion date, and when we would be able to have our home cleaned. I changed the potential date on him several times, never solidified anything until I was sure, but he was patient, accommodating and understanding nonetheless.

We scheduled for this past Saturday and Joan and Kim came and cleaned all the post-construction mayhem and helped make our place brand sparkling new.

Really and truly a great a experience. We will absolutely use Troy and Muffetta's again!

I would highly recommend Muffetta's Domestic Assistants for anyone in the area looking for cleaning services. My wife and I wanted to get our 2 bedroom apartment deep cleaned prior to the birth of our first child, so we had one cleaning professional come for 8 hours on a Saturday. They did a fantastic job!

We have a small dog so there was some pet hair to deal with, but each room sparkled by the time she was done. She even dusted off the liquor bottles on our bar! At one point she noted a microwave cleaning was (mistakenly) not listed on the work order, but she performed one anyway.

We will definitely be using Muffetta's in the future so long as we are in the area!

This cleaning service was worth every single penny. We wanted our apartment spiffied up before our wedding because our bridal party will be getting ready here, and I'm so, so glad we made the decision to use Muffetta's. Paolo was an absolute super star -- we've never seen our apartment so clean in the 16 months we've been living here. Most important, she was kind and professional.
