Fantastic!! The ladies are punctual and do a great job! My kids love when they come :) We have a fairly large house and after an initial cleaning overhaul, have one person come bi weekly to maintain. She is fantastic. Worth the price for a company you can trust. Troy is incredibly friendly and even dropped off cleaning supplies at my house himself! We highly recommend!!

Our housekeeper always does an exceptional job, and my home is spotless after she leaves. The service is very easy to work with. I also used them for a "deep clean" of my house before moving in, and they did an excellent job.

I have used several cleaning services in the past and none was satisfactory. However, Muffetta's has, by far, exceeded my expectations. The cleaning service, customer service and courtesy of the staff is EXCELLENT! My cleaning lady Jackie is a jem and she does amazing work. I have recommended a few friends and will continue to do so. Have had 2 deep cleanings with Muffetta's. Was a pleasure from start to finish. Prompt and professional customer service and follow-up from Troy. Excellent and thorough cleanings by the staff. The extra touches in the children's room were particularly appreciated. Was thrilled to return from a long day to a sparkling home. Looking forward to the next appointment!

My experience with Muffetta's cleaning services was absolutely the best. I used them for a move in cleaning and they did a great job!Troy was very helpful and explained everything to me before I booked an appointment with them. Brenda came a little bit late but to her defense I live in a very complicated location! She was very efficient and absolutely delivered! I would totally call them again! Very professional!

While I was in the hospital recovering from major surgery my son and daughter-in-law surprised me by hiring Muffetta's to clean my 1 bedroom apartment prior to my coming home. They also set up a cleaning session for every two weeks. Being a senior citizen, it was getting a bit hard to keep up with the cleaning. After the surgery it was really impossible for me to do any. A deep cleaning was done initially and then a 5 hour session every two weeks. Jackie is an angel. She is so personable. After she finishes her cleaning, my apartment just sparkles. Troy is a pleasure to speak to, and is so helpful. I am happy so say that Muffetta's and I are going to have a long term relationship.

Muffetta's Cleaning Service is reliable and responsible. The owner is involved with the day to day operations and he demonstrated open and quick communication plus gave me a fair price for the service. The staff memeber sent to my house arrived on time and did an excellent job within the time frame agreed upon in advance. Everything was easy, upfront and satisfactory. I would definitely recommend Muffetta's.

Troy at Muffetta's, responsible for estimates and coordinating appointments, started my experience in a positive way. He was very patient while we were undergoing construction and unsure of the completion date, and when we would be able to have our home cleaned. I changed the potential date on him several times, never solidified anything until I was sure, but he was patient, accommodating and understanding nonetheless.

We scheduled for this past Saturday and Joan and Kim came and cleaned all the post-construction mayhem and helped make our place brand sparkling new.

Really and truly a great a experience. We will absolutely use Troy and Muffetta's again!

I would highly recommend Muffetta's Domestic Assistants for anyone in the area looking for cleaning services. My wife and I wanted to get our 2 bedroom apartment deep cleaned prior to the birth of our first child, so we had one cleaning professional come for 8 hours on a Saturday. They did a fantastic job!

We have a small dog so there was some pet hair to deal with, but each room sparkled by the time she was done. She even dusted off the liquor bottles on our bar! At one point she noted a microwave cleaning was (mistakenly) not listed on the work order, but she performed one anyway.

We will definitely be using Muffetta's in the future so long as we are in the area!

This cleaning service was worth every single penny. We wanted our apartment spiffied up before our wedding because our bridal party will be getting ready here, and I'm so, so glad we made the decision to use Muffetta's. Paolo was an absolute super star -- we've never seen our apartment so clean in the 16 months we've been living here. Most important, she was kind and professional.

We used Muffetta's for a move in cleaning and were very happy. Carolina was on time and got right down to work. She did an amazing job on the kitchen, the dirty oven almost looked brand new. I was amazed at what a great job she did! When she was done, the bathroom sparkled! Carolina was friendly, independent and asked me to check and made sure I was happy with her work.

I was looking for someone to clean our home twice a month. We first tried Muffetta's for a deep Spring cleaning (blinds, windows, baseboards, everything!). We were very happy, so we decided to continue with the company and we couldn't be happier. They are very professional, accommodating and the owner Troy is so nice and easy to work with. I trust this company in my home, even if I can't be there!

Upon emptying our house for sale to its next owner, we wanted to have it not only broom clean, but more than that-- truly ready for the next family to not have to do anything except unpack. Mufffetta's accomplished that exactly.

While we await moving, we are staying in a furnished apartment for several months and they are doing weekly housekeeping of the apartment with laundry changes included.

I engaged Muffetta’s to clean my Airbnb rental unit. My requirements were that they could reliably perform turnover service in the three-hour window between guest check-out and new guest check-in; and that there were no guest complaints about cleanliness. For six weeks I was working thousands of miles away and depended on Muffetta’s to turnover the apartment 17 times. Peta and her team exceeded expectations. Communication was excellent, the job was always done on time, and my guests regularly praised the sparkling clean apartment in their Airbnb reviews! I highly recommend and will continue to work with Muffetta's.

UPDATE: Citing staffing difficulties, Muffetta’s gave me three weeks’ notice before ending turnover cleaning service for my Airbnb property near White Plains. The business relationship lasted only three months.

I've used Muffetta's Cleaning Service for a few months now, and I am so satisfied with their work. I chose them based on their great reviews, which I've found are an understatement. The first cleaning I got was upon moving into my new home, and the two ladies who came were so thorough and quick - they really made us feel comfortable in our freshly clean, new home. Right before Thanksgiving, I called them again since we were having my mother (who is meticulously clean) and my in-laws over. My mom was so impressed with "how well you guys take care of the house!" (Shhh...I didn't tell her it was Muffetta's who made out home so welcoming for guests!! - thanks Gabriella!!) Troy is so incredibly helpful with scheduling, and is maybe the most patient person in Westchester. Also, the proprietary cleaning products they bring are eco-friendly and smell delicious. All in all, I'm very happy with their service and will be a customer for the foreseeable future!

I am very happy with Muffetta's! I have a regular housekeeper, however I need a deep cleaning every now and again and I always call Mufettas. They move everything from surfaces, tables, etc. clean and put it back. They are not disruptive. Both my husband and I work from home. They are expensive and definitely worth it. I have even had them come in for post construction cleaning and they got every speck of dust. I have never had any issues with this company. Excellent customer service and staff! Peta was even able to get a team to my house with very short notice. Thank you!!

Muffetta's is extremely thorough, while also being gentle, which we appreciate (we've had thorough cleaners that were rough and caused damage). They also try to use natural/eco-friendly cleaning products where possible (but will use whatever you prefer). They also send the same cleaner each time, which is nice as they get to know your home and your preferences. They are not the cheapest option, but I do think there is fair value for the quality of the service provided.

We used for a deep move-in clean and the crew (Lanette, Maria and Victoria) were thorough, professional and extremely personable. We were so impressed that we opted for weekly housecleaning with Ruby whose work is exceptional. Troy is outstanding as the services coordinator and takes time to explore the precise needs of his clients in order to provide the ideal person, team, service etc. It is a bit on the expensive side but the results are well worth it. Highly recommend.
