We paid nearly $1,900 for less than 10 days of comfort, which was hardly worth it. The main issue wasn't even resolved, and they're now trying to charge us again to come back and fix the same problem. It took them 10 days after we complained to finally quote a price for a new system. Our friend spoke with them on our behalf and they agreed to send someone over to fix it, but instead of actually doing that, they offered to reduce the labor costs for the new system. To be honest, I'm out of trust with this company now.
