Two years ago, a sales rep from this company visited my home and convinced me to buy a new boiler system. The main reason I agreed was the warranty and maintenance package that came with it. Now, we're experiencing issues with the system, and I've contacted the company multiple times. On February 9th, they sent out a technician who wasn't supposed to return until the next day, but he never showed up. When I called again, I was told someone would come by as soon as possible in the morning, but that's been a week ago. Every time I call, the story changes. I've had no heat for most of this week and have been left feeling frustrated and let down. The lack of follow-through and poor communication are a far cry from what was initially promised. To be honest, I regret ever choosing this company, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
