Erick and his crew are truly remarkable! They deserve praise for providing the finest experience with any plumbing services in Mt Vernon. My sewer was overflowing and creating a mess inside my home. However, with just one call, they were on the scene within 2 hours. The plumber, Jonah, who worked on the sewer was professional and courteous. I've enlisted their help before for my pipes too, and it was the same outstanding experience. I wouldn't think of relying on any other team in town!

my daughter discovered that waste water was bubbling up in her yard, so she asked for my help. i contacted brett & sons plumbing & air llc, and they promised to come out the same day. when they were running a bit late, they called me to keep me updated. jonah arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable. he checked out the problem and explained both the best and worst case scenarios. we set up the big excavation job for the next morning. the work was done quickly and finished by the end of the day. they cleaned everything up, explained what was done, gave us a warranty, and the final price was right in the middle of the estimate. i highly recommend them if you need a plumber in mt vernon.

jonah came to our rescue on a Saturday at 8:00pm to fix a frozen/stuck water valve at our place in Mt Vernon. He was both professional and meticulous, ensuring we had our water supply back as soon as he was done. I'm grateful that he took the time to explain the problem to me in simple, plumber related words that i could understand. Brett & Sons Plumbing & Air LLC is definitely the company I'll be calling again for any plumbing issues.
