Luke communicates well, and does just what he says he will. He was quick and did good work. Very happy to have found him. He will be my go to electrician from now on.

Hired Luke to fix some wiring messes at our Honeoye Lake place. He was on time (becoming more rare with many contractors), very professional, very fair in cost and, most importantly, did an excellent job!

He doesn't waste time, gets to the job and gets it done! He left the home neat and clean, very clean electrical work. He installed several receptacles and new breakers in box. He knows safe wiring methods and helped up plan his wire runs.

We will absolutely be hiring Luke for more work! btw, he's young, but don't let that fool you - he knows his stuff.

This is the company you should hire for your project. Luke is professional, responsive, and trustworthy. I've hired him twice now. One indoor project rather small. The other outdoors and more involved. I was pleased with the outcome both times, but what sets Luke apart from others is trust. He does what's best for his customers. He does great work and he does it right. I'll hire him for all my electrical work because I know I can trust him.

Luke laid a new wire to my detatched garage. Despite the complexities encountered in the requiremenrs discovered through the planning, he did a great job coordinating the extra support and communicated regularly through the entire process. He coordinated excavation, under-road boring, permitting, and inspection to have the on-site work done in only 2 days while delivering professional results at a fair price.

We had our service upgraded from 100 Amp to 200 Amp with a 100 Amp subpanel added to the garage. It was about 3 weeks from the time that I filled out a contact form on his website until the job was complete. They did a quality job and communicated all steps of the job as he progressed.

We used Luke for 2 electrical issues in our new home. The first was to resolve a set of outlets that had no power. He was very professional and efficient in resolving the problem so when we discovered a larger issue the power supply to our stove was chewed by some mice at some point creating a major fire risk and when contacting Luke to come check it out he came the same day to look at it and fixed it up the next day! He also switched out some outlets and switches we wanted to update!

We just recently used Luke (Ash Electric) to completely redo our outside panel box. He was at my home when he said he would be and went above and beyond during the entire process to make sure we knew what he needed to do. After the work was done he showed me in detail what he did and answered any questions that I had. He was very professional and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend him if you need any electrical work - you will not be disappointed.

Luke was great to work with and was able to quickly diagnose why we had a room without electricity and got everything fixed within a few hours!100% recommend!!

Squirrels chewed 10 feet of insulation off the main wire coming down from the utility pole to the meter due to mismatched conduit diameters. Luke worked with RG&E to disconnect the service, then he replaced the very large main service wires (200 amps each) from the meter to to top of utility pole (125ft) by pulling it through the existing underground conduit and up through new conduit that he installed on the pole. The new pole conduit is one that the squirrels wouldn't be able to chew into. Quality job, done on time when promised, and with excellent communication. Additionally we where only without power for a few hours. He has a good relationship with RG&E which always helps with coordinating with them. Due to the quality job he did on this, our neighbor is now having him do all the electric on his new build.

Luke not only did the job exactly as described, in the timeframe he described, but he was also prompt and helpful in all our communication. He was a pleasure to work with—not just as a professional, but as a thoughtful and quality-driven person as well.

Recently had a 200 amp upgrade at my house yesterday on 4/1/24, Luke did everything he could to help me and inform me in anyway he could about this service and other thing that need to be addressed at my house, Recently new homeowner and Luke made this a breeze for me, compared to what other eletricans would or wouldn't do. Luke arrived on time, was professional and friendly. He worked for many hours switching out our fixtures for LED and installing dimmer switches. Luke offered his professional opinion a few times. He also went to Lowe’s to get the necessary supplies to complete the job.

Luke has been a life saver on multiple occasions for me. I own multiple properties in the finger lakes and anytime I need something done he makes it happen. We had one electrical issue at a place and multiple people couldn’t figure it out and he did. I also had an emergency situation happen with my meter and he made sure to get right over there and get it done. He even called to follow up and make sure RGE was able to turn service back on and make sure everything is ok. His prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommend

I called Luke on a Friday night and told him what was happening with my electric, he was here within fifteen yards told me what the problem was. He told me he could fix it and how long it would take and an estimate to do the work. Luke was straight up with me and did an excellent job. I have found my new electrician should I ever need one again. Just a good human that takes pride in his work. Extremely satisfied with his work and highly recommend Ash Electric.
