Chad and his crew do excellent work! Fairly priced, great communication, and timely service. The team is professional and cleans up after their work. Will definitely be calling again as our tree needs arise.

This company does amazing work! In a timely manner we had a very reasonable estimate and date and time for our job to be done and they are fully insured! Two young men arrived in safety gear and were very professional and their great work showed us how experienced they are! One man had to climb way up into our old oak tree and any branches that he cut were slid gently down to the ground on ropes and pulleys. Also their clean-up was so thorough they left no debris! We highly recommend this company for any tree service needed and definitely would give them 5 out of 5 stars!!

Chad sent out a flyer in 2023 stating that Fellers Tree Service would be in the Honeoye Falls area. I responded as I had a very large Maple tree that needed to be took down. Chad returned my call and promptly set a time that he would inspect the tree to be removed. Chad and his crew did a terrific job dropping the tree which I would remove. They returned later and ground the stump once I had the tree all cleaned up. I had them return in 2024 to remove another large Maple tree, where Chad and his crew had to work around swing sets, jungle gyms and other grandchildren amusement items in the back yard. Once again they exceeded my expectations, removing the tree and grinding the stump and left the area all cleaned up. I would recommend Chad and Fellers Tree Service if you have a need that involves your trees, please give him a call, you will not be disappointed. He is a soft spoken man that knows his business and cares about your needs.

Outstanding job by Fellers Tree Service. Chad and his Crew were punctual and did a great job removing about 10 trees on our property including a large silver maple branch hanging over the house. The cleanup was great as they raked and cleaned up all the small limbs and leaves. They even helped two Neighbors grind a stump and gave another the cherry wood for their house wood stove. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Chad and his team are outstanding! They came to our house and my in-laws recently to remove dead ash trees and also hanging branches damaged from the recent storms in and around Canandaigua. The quality of the work was exemplary, to include the clean up of the yards prior to leaving. Strongly recommend anyone looking for a company to do tree work give them a call.

Chad and Logan have done a terrific job for us clearing a significant area of dead Ash trees both last year and this (2023/2024). We couldn’t be more pleased with the job they have done and would highly recommend them. They have both the right equipment and work as a great team to do a tremendous amount of work in one day. Great people, great work, and fair price!

Chad and his crew are nothing short of amazing! Extremely chill and super cool guy. The group as a whole were very respectful of our property and meticulously cleaned up all debris as it was falling to the ground. Our trees look fabulous. If you need your trees trimmed or removed, look no further!!! We absolutely loved his work.

We highly recommend Fellers Tree Service. They are professional and have all the equipment necessary to take down and remove a tree of any size. They do great work at a reasonable price and we would use them any time we need tree work done.

Chad and his team were amazing! They took down two trees near my house. None of the branches damaged my house or lawn, they cleaned up very nicely, and did everything they could to protect my lawn. They gained both stumps down perfectly with minimal agitation to the lawn around it. I strongly recommend them and would use them again in the future. I live in Canandaigua and they were fast, friendly, and cleaned up everything!

I called them on a Sunday and I heard back from them that day. They came Tuesday night to look at the job. We needed two trees down and taken away and the stumps ground. The bid was for $1200 and they had a cancellation so they did it the next day. They were here by 7;55 and done by 11:30. Everything is gone and cleaned up beautifully. We are extremely pleased with their work and would recommend them without hesitation!

We lost a huge Elm to disease, which was very close to our home making us nervous especially since we’d had lost a Poplar due to one storm and another poplar fell on our shed due to another storm this summer.

This business is readily available when you need them and they’re fair in their pricing. We had given instructions as to what we needed and they did just that and more! Thank you guys for taking care of these trees for us!

I can't recommend this company and its owner, Chad, enough! My husband and I have had way too much experience in tree removal in our lifetime and this experience has been amazing. Communication was awesome throughout this 'wet' season and when work could finally happen, they didn't disappoint! They took down a large hickory that threatened the house and ground the stump as quoted. Then, he ground four more stumps and added a huge remnant of a mother nature-downed tree to his removal truck! A detailed raking and clean up ensued and five hours later, the job was done! Rest assured, we'll be calling Feller Tree again this summer for the next round!

We had a substantial number of (mostly) eastern hemlocks that needed to come out because they were dying/dead and in danger of falling on the house. Before and after pictures of the bulk of the work included.

We chose Fellers because when Chad came out to do the estimate he seemed like "good people" and he was fairly priced. It took a couple of weeks to come out to do the job because of late season snow storms, but he called a couple days before he planned to come out to confirm the date was good and then he and his team arrived at the scheduled time.

It took about 6 hours to take out 18 trees and a limb on another that was overhanging the house. We decided to keep the trunks to use for fire wood so he and his team piled them up neatly for us and then did a great job of cleaning up the remainder. They worked steady taking just a short break (I assume for lunch). Once done, Chad showed evidence of the tree that had the limb removed will probably also need to come down in the near future. It's a pretty good sized tree so it wasn't totally surprising news. I appreciated that he took the time to assess the health of the tree and get a picture from 30' up to support his reasoning.

I highly recommend Fellers because of their thorough and professional work, and will definitely have them come out for other work in the future.

Fellers Tree Service took down our old 40' locust tree, cleared out the trunk and branches, ground down the stump and totally cleaned up the area in less than 2 hrs. We highly recommend them for any tree removals and will use them again if needed.
