Constraction reviews in New Hyde Park, New York

I found a dream house in my favorite location.

They did amazing work so quickly. Professional and thorough. Highly recommend.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent services that NYC Singh Builders provided. The kitchen and flooring project was extremely successful. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a professional.

NYC Singh builders made our kitchen renovations such a stress free project. They were able to understand exactly what we wanted such as designs, coloring, and the quality of work performed was excellent. Everything was completed on time as agreed within the contract. Would highly keep them in mind for any of your home improvement needs.

After meeting with few contractors to discuss the renovation work for my house I trusted Singh Builders the most for their knowledge and experience. Their team guided and helped with design and construction to ensure we were in compliance with the town requirements. We are very happy with their services and for the quality of the work performed.

Great staff

Sam Kassim and his team were professional and communicated throughout the entire experience
The work was flawless- I highly recommend

Strom Home Remodeling is an excellent reliable and friendly company. Top rated would recommend highly

Strom and his team are professional, on time and DANGGG they do good work :) WOW. I mean, stop reading reviews and just look at the photos Ive uploaded.

You don’t always find contractors that have the attention to detail and professionalism like these guys. They were in and out, clean, respectful and the craftsmanship was incredible. 10 Stars.

Exceeded expectations! The product is beautiful. Worked within our budget and the crew was great - very professional, here every day working and kept the workspace clean! Highly recommend Strom.

Obsessed with Strom Home! We used them for our entire downstairs renovation (living room, kitchen, dining room, office). Great team with high energy, which is exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely use them again for our next phase of renovations (upstairs)!

As professional as it gets. Work done in a timely fashion, estimate was within $100.00 after the work was done. Crew was polite, respectful and clean. Owner was not pushy and gave us some great design insight that we saved allot of money on by not hiring a designer. 6 stars!

Could not be happier with the custom dining room table John Strom built for my house. Everybody who comes into my home always asks where I got it and wants one of their own. He was very easy to work with, allowed me and my wife to have input from the beginning to the end, and really put together a masterpiece when all we gave him was a few pictures and website links to go off of.

Hired John and his team do do a touch up in my home, crown molding, floors redone etc. Job was done quickly and at a fair price. John and his team are easy to work with and are always honest and realistic about what can be done. Full recommendation!

We are extremely pleased with the way our custom built-ins and wainscoting turned out. John and his team set a high standard when it comes to quality and craftsmanship. The attention to detail was exceptional. Working with John and his team was a pleasure from the beginning through completion of our project. Many thanks for a job well done.

AMAZING crew!!!
John and his team at Strom Home were absolutely a pleasure to work with, specifically Matt and Charlie.
They handled our renovations in a very professional manner.
Such crafty craftsmanship. Well done 👏 ✔ 👍

In June of 2019 our house flooded and we contracted Strom Home to function as GC for the entire project - it was a large one as 75% of our home sustained damage. In the beginning and even through the depths of COVID we were able to get the job finished and move back into the house in September of 2020. However, an important portion of our AV & electrical work has not been completed even though Strom Home has received payment for it. It turns out that John Strom has not paid the sub contractor even though he received the money from us. As a result we will need to find another AV/electrician to finish the work and it will be at a higher price than what we paid. I am very disappointed in John Strom as he has stopped responding to our calls, emails and texts. His crew were lovely - courteous and very detail oriented. However, I cannot recommend Strom Home as a result of the fact that they have been paid for work and it's not done because the sub contractor hasn't been paid. I am also filing a complaint with Nassau County as well.

John - if you read this, I will be more than happy to change my rating if you do the right thing and pay the AV/Electrical company so we can finish the job.

Professional and honest- two characteristics that come to mind when I think about the work Strom Home Remodeling did in my kitchen. The project was finished on time and with extreme attention to detail. Not a single flaw! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done on their home.

By far, the greatest crew of gentleman. Professional, well mannered, respectful, knowledgeable and clean to say the least!! My company is family owned and has operation since 1984. We are meticulous and precise in our own line of work which is why when we met Strom Remodeling, we knew there was nobody else who we would have working inside our store. After speaking briefly they literally picked the ideas right from our head and then some! They knew right from the get go, how we envisioned the look of our store front and brought it to life. John was very personable which, as a family man, I find very intriguing. They cleaned up dust and debris everyday and left the place spotless. The custom carpentry, and the speed from start to finish was impeccable. Love these guys!! Thank you again for making my life so much easier by taking the job and running with it! Your ideas and determination to please your customers are unquestionable!

Many THANKS to Strom Home Remodeling for their recent work on my family home. The team has helped transform our home with new windows, siding and roofing. The crew was professional, on-time and dedicated; and the exterior upgrade has completely upgraded the home. The siding team carefully removed the old siding, prepared and insulated the exterior of the home and installed the new siding and trim... absolutely beautiful. We were so happy with the exterior work, we have now begun some interior upgrades including new interior doors, trim and upgrades to the kitchen and baths. Thanks to John for an honest estimate, and a dedicated and diligent team.
