Great experience with this company! They completed a deep clean on my house and were agreeable with all the requests I made. Price was also reasonable and the owner did checkins with me via text as the ladies worked. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using this cleaning service and all I can say is “wow”!
I can’t believe what an incredible job Zahra did. My fiancé and I are literally going through our apartment looking at all the nooks and crannies where she cleaned.
For the unbelievable price, it’s insane just how much work she did. It seemed like there were at least five other people doing such an amazing job yet it was only one fantastic woman!
Other companies try to rip you off and cost way more than Vicki’s. In my opinion, this is the best cleaning company and we will only be using Vicki’s from now on.

Well here I am. This feels like a small, dirty, and cheap thing to be doing, but a bad online review is the final recourse of the aggrieved. Will this change anything? Probably not. But these words are all I have left. My only hope is that a human on Long Island with limited time and money will read this review and decide to go with any other cleaning service.

You could have guessed the basics from the low review score. Vicki’s cleaning did an impossibly bad job cleaning the house, and that bad job was compounded by bad customer service leaving me high and dry. I’m out $700 for a pre-move in clean, but the worst part is a) I wound up having to scrub the insides of cabinets and closets myself, massively delaying my move in, and b) Vicki herself refuses to acknowledge that her team did a bad job.

I will own up to two faults of my own. Firstly, at the end of the 7(!) hours the team spent in my house, I did a quick review. I saw a sweaty cleaning team, and a glance showed the house as less dirty than it was before. I gave the cleaners a healthy tip (oh do I wish for that back), and said “nice job.” However, I later realized they did NOT do a nice job, so my first fault was not doing a good enough review on cleaning day. Second, I didn't realize how bad of a job they did for 5 more days, when I was back in the house during daylight to move in. Only at that point did I try to fix the issue with Vicki, and by then it was too late.

If you’re the kind of person who thinks me not doing a thorough inspection, and then not noticing how terrible the cleaning was for 5 days means that I deserve to be out $700, then go ahead and stop reading and hire Vicki (fully assuming the risks, of course).

How bad was the cleaning? If you’ve read this far you’re probably looking for details. Let me start by saying that the house is small. Tiny. 1300 square feet. Tiny bathrooms and kitchen. 10 total cabinets. This house is able to be cleaned in 7 hours. Probably less.

But it was not cleaned. I am deliberately not saying things were cleaned “poorly,” rather it was an issue of things not being cleaned at all. Cabinets were clearly not opened, because there was still a visible layer of dust inside. There exists a grand total of two (2) light fixtures in the house, and both were completely covered in dust and cobwebs when inspected 5 days post “cleaning”.

Horizontal surfaces were the worst. Every single door frame, windowsill, and shelf in the house went completely ignored. The first hour of my move in was spent, you guessed it, wiping down windowsills and doorframes with a wet rag to remove dust and dirt. Dead bugs were found on windowsills throughout the house, lying next to piles of dust which went ignored for 7 hours during cleaning.

All of this was documented with photos and videos and shared with Vicki.

Four days after cleaning, I began to think more cleaning was needed and asked for a re-do. We agreed on a re-do the following week. Five days after cleaning I fully realized how bad it was. This was when I opened all cabinets and went room by room to confirm exactly how much had NOT been done. At this point I asked for a refund, because we were already well on our way to moving in. How could Vicki re-do a pre-move cleaning, once I had already moved in? Vicki told me I was out of luck. No refund, only the re-do cleaning was possible.

And as a last act of bad faith, she said someone would reach out to me to schedule a follow up cleaning. That person never reached out, and sure enough, Vicki stopped answering too.

So here I am. A full seven days post cleaning. I am personally cleaning cabinets and corners in a dirty house. I am ghosted by Vicki. My pockets are $700 lighter. And I’m taking time out of my life to launch sad words against a person who doesn’t want to make it right, because what else could I even do at this point? I’m a trusting person who has found out, the hard way, that not everybody out there is honest.

Anyway, the point is that this horror story will be yours as well if you choose Vicki’s cleaning. So please don’t.

My first experience with Vicki and her team was excellent. Our home looks great as her team diligently cleaned and closely paid attention to detail. Vicki was very responsive and professional. Looking forward to the next time they come!

Working with the service for a few weeks now and couldn’t be more happier. The first time they will do a deep clean and keep it up with the next visits. I am a mom of three and my house always feels so Fresh after the cleaning. Everyone is happy to come to a clean sparkly home. It meets all my needs. We had Aura come and do a deep clean of our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and she did a wonderful job. She arrived on time with all of her own supplies and ready to get to work. She was very nice, professional and attentive to details. I look forward to having her return.

I would not waste time with this cleaning service as they were very unprofessional. I had an appointment set up with Vicky secret cleaning and even made a deposit because the owner insisted if I wanted to secure my spot I would need to pay half upfront. No problem I thought. At least my spot would be secure. Well that was a boatload of lies. I reached out the day before the scheduled service to confirm our time and she canceled on me. Wanted to come at a completely different time. Any parent knows when you have two babies and make plans It can be very difficult to switch times. Additionally, the fact that I had to reach out to her to find out it was canceled was completely unprofessional. She should’ve been the one to reach out and give advance notice. The texting became too extensive so I attempted to call her several times so we could work something out over the phone. She refused to pick up the phone and was unwilling to work with me. She was using Covid as an excuse but I honestly did not believe that. I think she was unorganized, took my deposit quickly and then realized weeks later that she wouldn’t be able to service me. Thanks for nothing.

I booked with Vicky a week in advance and she told me the date was available for a move in clean . She had me send her all pictures , not being clear exactly what pictures she needed so my husband had to go to the apartment on several occasions to get her the pics . After sending she sent me a price , she gave me the option of 2 time slots , when I picked the later one for 6 pm; she said they would arrive at 730 pm . She messaged me at 7 pm telling me the cleaning would not arrive !!!!!! After I made arrangements for someone to be in this apartment and had child care arrangements … I mean this is completely unprofessional and not how you should run a business . I could have used a different more efficient service . Don’t overbook if you can’t handle the amount of customers and then she had the nerve to tell me she squeezed me in and they are “busy”. She shouldn’t have given me the availability from the get go . This is a very unprofessional business and I will never be using them in the future ! And don’t recommend them to anyone !

Two cleaners were so professional, helpful, friendly, fast and thorough. Explained what they were doing, answered my questions, and provided status reports. They made me feel I was part of the team/leader of the team. Also, Vicki was easy to work with setting up the appointment. 100% will use Vicki's again! Thank you Ross and Tammy and thank you Vicki.

My first time using this company and honestly it is super amazing. The lady's were great and knew exactly what to do. I am very satisfied using this company and I will definitely keep on using their services in the future. My Oriental rug had been in my living room for years, and with kids and pets, it really needed deep cleaning. I decided to try their Oriental rug cleaning service. The pickup was easy, and they handled everything professionally. They explained how the rug would go through a full cleaning process at their factory. After 7–8 days, the rug came back looking clean and fresh. The stains were gone, and even the smell was completely removed. It felt good to walk on it again. It was a simple service, but done very well.

Montoya Landscape is truly a landscaper’s landscaper. Johnny arrived at my home, which hadn’t been professionally landscaped—especially the shrubs and other plantings. For the past five years, I’ve only maintained the lawn and done light trimmings. They started and finished the job in just 1.5 hours and it was worth every penny. They clearly have an eye for landscape design. Now, my front and back yards are beautifully manicured. Highly recommended!
