If you're looking for a trustworthy heating and cooling service provider, this company fits the bill; they specialize in commercial projects.

Their large vehicles frequently obstruct the street, making it difficult to navigate the neighborhood, and it's frustrating to see them operating in a residential setting.

I recently had my air conditioner condenser unit replaced, but the experience was disastrous. A new company arrived to pick up the unit, which was scheduled for Monday of that week, but they were informed it had been sold to another company despite being ordered and paid for. This is appalling and shows a blatant disregard for customer trust. As a result, I now have no air conditioning in one of the hottest months - a nightmare scenario. The replacement process has become even more complicated as I'm now forced to order a new unit online. Do not use Johnston's services; they demonstrate a shocking lack of integrity and honesty.

These companies often claim to cater exclusively to HVAC customers, but the staff at the front desk seems completely out of touch with customer needs. They come across as condescending and unhelpful. This experience was extremely poor, making it unlikely I'll use their services again.

They can't deliver on their promise of fixing the issue themselves - instead, they send someone else to do it. They claim you can find solutions yourself, but essentially just upsell expensive fixes. Not impressed with the value proposition.

I've been visiting this site for over a decade without issue - the staff is always pleasant and assistive. They exclusively cater to licensed contractors with established accounts.
