The cleaning team they send works very hard, but unfortunately, they do not speak English, so all communication has to go through a person named Vanessa. This has been challenging, as she doesn’t communicate with me or with them effectively, and there are often excuses when mistakes happen—many of which don’t make much sense.
For example, I sent a message on Tuesday requesting that the washing machine, dryer, and the lower shelf of the coffee table etc be cleaned. The cleaning took place on Friday, yet the job was not done. The excuse I received was that the cleaning staff did not get the message in time, which is difficult to understand given the three-day notice.
This is just one example of the ongoing struggle with communication between myself and the person relaying instructions to the cleaning staff.

I work in a service industry so I recognize the value in good client service and experience. G Apple honestly is superb. From the team that schedules your appointment, to the crew that arrives and efficiently gets to work, to the quality and care of the cleaning itself — it’s just fantastic every time. Yes, they do all the essentials, but then so much more detail. It seems silly, but the way they fold the toilet paper or perfectly fluff the pillows like a hotel, to dusting the blinds and cleaning the sink drain (who knew you can actually take it out to clean!?), they don’t miss a thing. I look forward to them coming back each time. It’s such a pleasure and a treat!

Reliable and thorough. They come once a month to help maintain my house. Bathrooms and kitchen receive a deep clean and all rooms left vacuumed, mopped, dusted and smelling nice.

We’ve used G Apple Cleaning since we moved to Larchmont about 3 years ago. Very reasonable pricing and the crews do a consistent, great job. They have been patient and flexible with us when we need to shift the schedule. Also, I notice the crew tends to have very little turnover- it’s nice to have familiar faces in the house!

I have been using g apple cleaning for over a year now. And they always do a wonderful job. I have 3 kids and my house is always a hot mess. When they are done, my house is immaculate. The toys are picked up, floors are spotless, kitchens and bathrooms are sparkling clean. They do a very thorough job even cleaning the tooth brush holders.
My kids say it is like we have a new house! I highly recommend them!
