Our heating system was leaking on Dec 27th and with small children in the house and family visiting, we needed help - fast.

This plumber needs a new receptionist! Her attitude was horrible! I was calling for a quote for a clogged kitchen sink. She proceeded to ask if I owned the home and the owner would be responsible for the bill. And I digress, because all this questioning before I told her why I was even calling. Her dry and unfriendly disposition just made me say goodbye. Losing business automatically just from dealing with an unpleasant gatekeeper.
