We had Lagana Plumbing and Heating install an outdoor hose bib for us and we're very happy with the work done. Our tech Adam explained the whole process before beginning, provided an accurate and detailed quote. The pipe installed was kept in line with other existing pipes to keep it tidy looking in our equipment room. Adam installed an anti-freezing hose bib, put a shut off in an easily accessible spot inside the equipment room, and angled the outdoor spigot to ensure it could fully drain for when shut off in the winter. After installation he went over with us how to drain it in the winter and to leave the outdoor tap on to ensure it drains and does not have water freeze in it potentially bursting the pipes.

Lagana was the third HVAC company I called to give me a quote on replacing my AC and furnace. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and it just felt right. They weren’t the lowest quote but they weren’t the highest! The high quality units they use and the 0% financing were a huge selling point. I received my quote roughly 2 days after the sales rep was came to talk to me and the service was scheduled 2 business days after that! Quick turnaround! They sent Zeb and AJ to do the work. They were both friendly and respectful. The techs use shoe covers when walking into your home and they lay down a padded blanket when removing the furnace to ensure nothing damages your flooring. Not only did I notice the camaraderie between the techs but the way they talked about Lagana as an employer was nothing but positive. You could tell they enjoy working for Lagana and they enjoy working with each other. One day 1, the field manager stopped by to check on things which is reflective of a business that holds their employees accountable and it’s professional and reassuring to the customer. Before arriving to your home, Lagana will call you to let you know they are on their way AND give you an ETA of their arrival. I would recommend Lagana to anybody. Thank you for a great experience and good luck to Zeb and AJ on future projects.

Adam was great! I had a plugged storm drain and he cleaned it out and it is draining like a champ now! Just in time for the heavy rain we got today 6/18. He did a great job for less than other plumbing services. Quick and cleaned up afterwards. These guys have become my go-to plumbing company!
