I love the company, they are professional and friendly. This will be the 5th year that they will be installing Christmas lights to my home. I have received many complaints. Their team helped me create a beautiful design within my budget.

This review is about the landscape lighting practice of the company. The firm leads with a reasonable design and installation service. Afterward the practice is a horrible experience. You will hate this company’s rip offs. To get add-on lights, the price is double. To get repairs, and I am talking about a nine month old installation, the company’s office person says outages are caused by landscapers and animals breaking the underground lines. So the company charges $500 for two workers to enter the property for 2 hours minimum @$125 per hour. In my case, one of three zones was completely out which I explained. They spent the first 10 minutes looking over the two good zones and five minutes later found the problem, a failed electric outlet. They were in and out in 15 minutes. Effective cost was $2000 per hour. I offered to pay $100 and then pay another $500 for them to come back for their annual maintenance. There answer was no, we will be happy to take this $500 and another $500 to do the maintenance service. Their contractual terms also disavows responsibility for consequential damage to the property and forces the customer to agree to pay thousands more if you pay late. These are not good or fair people. Before you buy, ask for references from 5 year old installations.

I had to have an underground oil tank removed from in front of my house. After that job was done the front on my house looked like a landscape from the moon.

Scott Anderson Design leveled the area and installed sod. The completed job made the house and lawn look like it could be featured in “Better Homes and Gardens” magazine.

They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. The crew chief, John, was very friendly and gave good instructions on how to care for and maintain the lawn.

Scott and team were great in designing our pond and very considerate of our animals and my children and how they would enjoy it. Great team and professional. Will definitely recommend, and use again in the future.

This company goes the xtra mile to satisfy the customer. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and look forward to being a year to year client.

The Scott Anderson Design crew did a beautiful job installing my Christmas lights. They were friendly, prompt, neat and got the job done.. After New Year's they came back to take down the lights and are storing them at their facility for the season. I will definitely use them next year.

I called Scott Anderson Design to close my pond for winter. Scott was person who came and took care of my pond. He provided me with plenty of good information as I recently purchased a new home with a pond and know very little about ponds. I plan to have his company come back in the spring to open my pond and continue maintenance on my pond throughout the year.

If you have a project that needs professional help call Scott Anderson, and save yourself a lot of time and trouble. I’ve used 2 other pond companies in the past 10 years and both were just Ok. Not nearly as professional. Now that I’m using SA, I learned that my pump was never set up correctly. Love 💕 your fish, use Scott Anderson.

I found Scott Anderson Designs through a google search. I was looking for a company to hang Christmas lights on the exterior of my home. The price was fair, the communication was excellent, and the installation crew was prompt and courteous. The whole process went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them.

A few months ago we hired Scott Anderson Designs to do extensive work on our front and back yards. They pruned, cleaned, planted, and mulched, etc. It was the second phase of an exterior renovation that took many weeks to complete, and because of the cost involved we interviewed several contractors. Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Working with him on planning was a straightforward process. His team then did an excellent job overall and now our house has a significantly enhanced curb appeal. We highly recommend Scott Anderson Designs.

this is after 3 months of watering everyday, considering the amount of rain we had this year. Scott refused to plant sod despite the fact that he over charged me for such a small project. I have been sending him pictures of the lawn in the past 3 months, expressing my disappointment and frustration, but all he did was to reseed the area which didn't do anything. The problem is there the are seeding over a huge pile of wood chips as opposed to soil. He refuses to accept no grass will grow here without any soil. I hope this review convinces him to come back, add soil and sod.

How on earth do you know or can you prove that we haven't been watering? the lawn has been watered everyday for 4 months. All you can say is to blame the customer for not doing their part. I have brought a few professionals and they all agree that seeds wont grow here, because of the wood chips you put there and charged me extra for doing so.
now one of the trees has turned yellow after 4 months, and i am not getting any response from you guys.
I have filed a complaint on BBB, but you are not responding the case.
I will be taking further legal actions. You have caused me so much frustration over this project. it's absolutely unacceptable.
