Plumbing reviews in North Tonawanda, New York

Every time I need a part they have it. And they usually have the same or similar part from several manufacturers. It is very nice having a place like Irr Supply available to us. Check them out!

Blake at the Niagara Fall location was VERY helpful in guiding me with the supplies I needed. Went the extra step to help this DIY guy even helped with my strapping 20ft pvc on top of my car !!!! Thanks

I have made the mistake of going to the Homedepot or Lowes and Value. But when I go to Irr supply for a part for a project I am doing in my home, I get intelligent employees who have top of the line products. I have finally learned to go to Irr supply first.

Three stores in two counties and a random person at the last box store recommended this store. Can I just tell you that Blake was the first person that morning even willing to listen to me, look at the plans I sketched up, and come up with a solution. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful. Thank you. I will be back!!!!

Got here a night early! Lots of room to park for 3 at the very most 4 trucks.

I went into the store on 11/10/2018 looking for a replacement faucet for our kitchen. I was greeted by Eric and I let him know what I was looking for. He pointed me in the right direction and then told me look around and he would get back to me. I made a decision on a faucet but had a few questions. Eric was then busy with another customer looking for something to clean her sink. Well it turned into a 10 minute conversation about football. I made it clear that I was ready but Eric kept talking football with the other customer.
Finally Eric returned and I gave him my choice.
The sign on the the display said $360 and change. When he printed up the quote it said $377 and change. I said oh is that the price with the tax? He said it was. I really didn’t do the math in my head but I should have.
When I came back on Monday to pick it up and pay for it at the warehouse in the back the price was $377 plus the tax which turned out to be $407 plus change. I went back to the store to check the price on the display. It said $360 and some change. I asked the women there why I was charged $377 plus tax when the sign clearly stated it was $360. She responded that Moen hadn’t updated the tags yet!! Well I don’t know but maybe the attorney general needs to be made aware of this practice.
First time, last time I shop there.
EDIT: The district manager reached out to me and made it right. I have changed my review to reflect this. -
We've done business here many times with no issues. Not sure what has changed but lacking in basic customer service. Comments such as "I don't care if people are waiting", never calling to let me know my custom order has been in for weeks, and just plain not telling the truth. So disappointing after spending thousands of dollars here.

Employees have zero interpersonal skills. Incompetence and poor attitude on every level. Buildings are falling apart, should be condemned.
Management is more concerned with grass lawns and old cars than improving business processes, and employee retention. -
Great guys! Very helpful. That's an understatement. Phenomenal location on Niagara Falls Boulevard at the Werlitzer down the wide alley (practically a street) around the corner from Platters Chocolate. A real go to for residential and commercial plumbing supplies. Also advice! Reasonably priced. Stocked. A real pleasure dealing with very knowledgeable people who understand plumbing, heating and tools!

Drip!

From a bathroom faucet made by Delta... and guess who had the parts, in stock... go ahead, guess!
These guys! It's a plumbing parts store... not a show room... get in, explain what you have (a few good resolution pix help a lot) pay for and fix stuff. -
Awesome place and people. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and their selection is great. This place was my one stop shop when I overhauled my sump pump system. 5 stars.
-
Terrible experience. I showed up on time, sat here for hours waiting to be unloaded, and when they finally did, the staff was extremely rude. No respect for drivers, no professionalism. Won’t be coming back.

Irr plumbing was hard to deal with the salesperson in the visionary showroom was kind of snarky, we ordered it they told us 6 to 8 weeks for it to come in, I called at 6 weeks to find out the status and it seemed like it was an inconvenience for my call. We called at 8 weeks my wife was informed the shower was in and they would be calling to step up delivery. We had to call back a week later to find out what was happening we never received a call. I stopped into Irr plumbing to pay the balance of the shower they person that took care of me screwed up the credit card transaction and told me they would call me the next day to pay the balance over the phone. They called the next day I gave the person my credit card number he tried twice and couldn’t get it to work(keep in mind this is the same card I ordered the shower with without a problem). Then the delivery showed up and the people doing the delivery wouldn’t bring the shower into the house claiming it was too heavy to carry into the house…. Visionary is sell high end plumbing fixtures with dollar store service is about how I feel about our experience..

During a winter emergency when my home had no heat and I have young children, I attempted to purchase a blower motor from IRR Supply’s Binghamton branch. I was refused because I am not a contractor and do not have an account.
I contacted corporate and spoke with Mike, who initially indicated he would help and even stated that the company “sells toilets to people off the street.” However, after he contacted the Binghamton branch, the sale was still refused.
The issue is not simply policy — it is the inconsistency and the complete lack of discretion in an emergency situation. I later filed complaints with NYS agencies and the Attorney General’s office. The company responded but maintained its position.
Policies are one thing. How a company handles families without heat in winter speaks volumes. -
Walk in the door and ...DO YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT?! Relax, will you. I'm just here for a sump pump. Although the staff is helpful, If you're not a contractor or part of the plumbing bro network, expect to be treated like those in steerage on the Titanic. They act as if selling a hot water tank or gas furnace to a homeowner is a federal crime, which is puzzling, because you can order a furnace online or from the big 0range or Blue store and have it shipped right to your door.

all ways a good job every time .

Stay away owner has an serious issue . Came out and gave me an aditude for no reason . No one wants to do business with a company like that .
-
Ken came out with less than 24 hrs notice to fix what could have been a complex mess. We got lucky & actual repair took less than 1 hr. He did not hit me with an emergency call charge, nor artificially jack up bill with unnecessary repairs.

Gents were super friendly and had great service. Booked them immediately for another project.

The guys were great, fit me into their schedule with little notice & I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.
