This man came to repair my oven element. Told me the element price was $ 369. Proceeded to put it in and broke it. I looked up the element and was $169 for this oven.
Stated he would order another for $ 369. I said no and ordered the sears one.
He banged on the inner part of the stove with a piece of wood board. Never saw that before. Came back and installed the new element and left. Four months later element not working again. Called a new repairman.
Was told this guy did not hook wires up properly to element and they melted and blew the element.
I feel this guy does not know what he is doing and attempted to overcharge me.
This double oven would be over three thousand to replace. If I have to replace it this guy will be hearing from me again!!!
Taking advantage of a widow on social security and causing double repair bills is unforgivable!

Not many appliance repair options locally in town since our appliance dealer closed shop a few years back. Glad to find Steve as he is just a short drive away and has reasonable rates. Had our company's equipment fixed with in 24 hrs. Impressive. Highly recommend

We often have issues finding a repair person to service our location. I contacted Steve at XPERT APPLIANCE who promptly returned my call for replacement of the ice maker on my Samsung refrigerator. I received a text message the morning of the appointment that Steve was on his way. He arrived within the stated time we had arranged. Steve was professional and replaced the ice maker without any issues. He also left us his business card in case we had any further issues. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we received and highly recommend Steve at XPERT APPLIANCE.

Steve came the same day I called, kept me updated on when he would arrive and fixed our refrigerator in a short amount of time. He had the needed part with him, cleaned up after himself, and was very pleasant.

We have a LG washer that had been working terribly almost since the beginning but was out of warranty and LG was no help. Steve got back to me right away, arrived within a day of my call, diagnosed the problem, got the part within a couple days and the washer was working like new in less than a week! Wish we'd called sooner. Highly recommend.

Extremely responsive! Available to come troubleshoot within 24hrs of my call and returned with part and had dryer running 2days after that. Put everything back as he found it. Loved his text and app so I knew exactly when he would be arriving so I was able to flex my work around my appointment to the minute- Highly recommend!!

My refrigerator broke on late Wednesday night. Thursday I called everyone within 50 miles to try to get someone to come look at it. Xpert appliance repair was the only ones that could come out on Friday. They had to order a part but came back out the following Tuesday. Fix the fridge very nice people I would totally recommend them to anyone.

Although the issues were not urgent, Steve scheduled an appointment for the next day. Excellent communication via text updates. Super impressed with Steve's troubleshooting and repair skills! We have an older Maytag washing machine that was overfilling and not advancing to the wash cycle. I sent Xpert appliance a text message and they called me right back. Told me what to check over the phone and sure enough that was the problem and we were able to fix it. Thanks for the advice
