A great company. Excellent Work, Clean. My windows look brand new and they cleaned frames when I never asked, it was more than I expected. Came to give me an appraisal, and returned later that day to do the work. I will share with family and friends, and I will certainly use them again.

They did a great job and worked fast! They worked quietly and we hardly knew they were here. The windows look great and they were friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend them and we will certainly use them again.

They were very easy to schedule & they did a thorough job! Mike is a true professional who took time to explain every little detail. Would highly recommend their services.

HouseMaster has been my go-to inspection company for years. Bob and Mike Horvath are both excellent, knowledgeable and thorough, offering comprehensive explanations of everything a new homeowner would want to understand about their purchase. They complete their extensive report on the spot and it is available online within hours. I would give them 10 stars if i could!!!!

Yani was EXTREMELY thorough and helpful. He walked us through the condition of the house in great detail and explained everything to us with great patience. He was very amiable and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We were very pleasantly surprised with the amount of knowledge he had about all the structures and materials. It was a true premium service.

Efficient, knowledgeable, cheerful service. My client was out of town, but Mike Horvath was willing to address my client at the beginning of the inspection via FaceTime, and then again at the end. A special shout out to Nicole in the office who was so helpful with scheduling. As the owner of a Nyack based real estate firm, I consider HouseMasters one of our trusted resources for home inspections.

Bob was great—thorough, professional, and easy to work with. He explained everything clearly about our new home. Highly recommend!

Have been recommending House Masters for almost 30 years. Bob Horvath was the inspector on the first house I listed, and was the inspector on the house I sold last week, and lots of homes in between. Still the same knowledgeable an patient inspector.

HouseMaster was great! Thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Accommodated our timeline, prompt and received the report the same day. The best I have ever worked with.

We recently used Mike for a home inspection. The entire process was seamless and reliable! From making an appointment to the actual inspection, I was very impressed. Mike was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. I feel confident proceeding in the home buying process after using their services.

Fantastic, thorough, and very genuine. He took the time to walk us through everything, and made me not only feel like I was getting an inspection, but an education on how to care for the house over the next few decades. Great service

The appointment scheduling was very fast. The person on the call was very friendly and helpful. I did the inspection with Yanni yesterday, and had a great experience! The inspector was very thorough, had very clear explanations, answered any concerns with problem solving options. It is my 5th time purchasing a home, I have been through several inspections and this one was outstanding! Thank you!

Recently used them, Mike did the inspection of our new home. It was a great experience, Mike walked me around the entire home and explained everything about the condition. He was very thorough and very knowledgable about all aspects of the home. I also learned a tremendous amount about how everything works in our new house. They made the process easy and they did a great job.

Extremely detailed and helpful. Answered all questions and gave thoughtful explanations for items even for first time home buyers

I really appreciate Yani’s thorough explanations to my buyers! He’s a pleasure!

I used Mike from HouseMaster for house inspection this week. Mike is the best person, very knowledgeable and goes very granular in conducting the inspection.. He spent almost 4 hours in doing the inspection and kept explaining all the details, findings and possible solutions. I was super impressed with his knowledge about house, structure, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roof and everything.. Haven’t see such knowledgeable person before in this job.. Thanks to Mike for doing a great job. I recommend prospect home buyers to definitely hire Mike from HouseMaster for inspection..

We had a great experience with Karl! He was very professional and thorough. He also explained many things to my husband and me, like how to maintain a deck and the best pipes for washing machines, which are helpful for first-time home buyers like us. The report we received is very detailed, which we will use as a reference for many years to come.

Mike Horvath was professional, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough with my inspection. As a first time homebuyer, having a professional expert like Mike take his time to review everything with extreme detail was super helpful and comforting. I highly recommend using HouseMaster!

Always 5-Star service in every way, from initial booking to final reports. The admin team was very responsive, following up with confirmations, post-inspection reports and detail. Our inspector was highly knowledgeable, familiar with cutting-edge and 1800's heating/cooling systems and more. More than just a house inspection. My buyer clients were super impressed, and they've bought and sold over a dozen properties in several countries! When you want the best, this is who you call.
