I thought they were very professional with the clean up. They cleaned me out of some of my belongs from my house. They have employees that are thieves and need to do a thorough check on their employees and hold them accountable for their actions.

For the remodel:
If I could review lower, I would.

Avoid dealing with Kathleen or Nick.

They don’t keep accurate records, they don’t have any plans, and/or communicate with their own people what needs to be done. “Make it work” is the only direction Nick gives.

They are the worst.

Servpro of Long Beach / Oceanside, specifically Stephanie and Alan are a pleasure to work with. They are both professional, extremely knowledgeable in their field and quick to respond. We have worked on many projects together and look forward to more.

A few weeks ago I found my 81 yearly Aunt on the floor of her apartment on E 81st. She had collapsed and been there for four days, unable to get up. And of course she wasn't wearing her medical alert necklace. Too proud. Too stubborn.

I contacted Servpro to come deep clean her carpet while she was in the hospital Everyone from Stephanie at the home office, German the onsite supervisor, and the two gentlemen who cleaned the carpet were professional and compassionate. I am at a loss for words as how to describe the relief I had in dealing with them but also how immaculate the apartment was afterwards.

This truly is a fabulous company with fabulous employees.

Thank you Alan! I never knew I had mold in my basement until I saw a few black dots on the wall. I called Servpro of Oceanside and spoke to Alan the owner who was very polite and professional. He showed up a few days later on time and ready to find the problem and he did. The next day he had a crew out the house solving the problem and I’m happy to say months later that there is no more mold. I would highly recommend Servpro of Oceanside to anyone.

They were very professional and did an amazing job. When I came home to a flood in my basement i panicked and did not know what to do, but once I called and spoke to Jim Bertini he made the situation better immediately. He showed up with a crew within an hour of calling him and their work was immaculate. Their slogan is true it was like it never even happened!! I would highly recommend to any friends or family!

The initial water break happened on 11/5/2021. My basement was flooded. I had about 10 inches or more in my entire basement. My first encounter was with Michael Kusek who wAs the project manat throughout the entire ordeal. His calmness but yet being reassuring helped my wife and I feel much more at ease. He was professional and caring. Dan, who was another manager of a crew of workers had a sense of calmness and was communicative as well as prompt. He communicated every time why him and his team was coming and when. I requested a call about 30 minutes prior to his arrival and Dan and his crew were on point every single time. My wife and I appreciate these two Servpro employees who were outstanding and exemplary employees who were across the board excellent to do business with. We recommend Servpro if you require their type of service. My wife and I have been through so many negative experiences with just the customer service side of dealing with different companies. It was refreshing to have an outstanding team of workers who cared, understood and being forthright throughout a rough experience. We also commend their workers who were respectful and diligent in doing their work. We highly recommend Servpro if your needs require their services.

ServPro was a God sent! My pipe burst and caused extensive water damage on three levels of my house. I was about to put my house on the market and was disheartened when this happened.
But ServPro got in, eliminated the moisture, removed the damaged floor and sheet rock and completed the repairs in a timely manner. From the office personnel to the guys in the field, they were professional, courteous, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Nick was amazing, checking in with me throughout the process. The work was amazing and impeccable! He even threw in a few extra items at no cost. Upon completion of the work, I put my house for sale and everyone was amazed at how beautiful the house looked. It actually looked like a new construction on the inside. I got an offer within days, $5,000 above asking price and I have no doubt it was because of the outstanding and high quality work done by his team. I recommend ServPro without any hesitation. They turned a very difficult situation into a blessing and I am extremely grateful.
