I have been using Tumia Plumbing for years. Met many years ago and worked on a number of commercial projects. They now help me whenever I need a plumber for residential renovation work and with the apartments I own. They are very knowledgable and always do a great job. I would highly recommend.

Our courtyard drain backed up during last week's heavy rains. Joe came a few hours after we called and diagnosed the source of the problem and immediately corrected it. He was very knowledgeable and professional , showed us where the problem was, cleaned up the area he was working. His assistant was also very friendly. I have no reservations recommending Joe to anyone.

I'm happy to give Tumia Plumbing my highest recommendation! We have enlisted their services on numerous occasions. They always respond promptly and provide excellent, highest quality service. They have replaced our bathroom sinks and toilets, hot water heater, sump pump, garbage disposer and unclogged our sewer line. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our plumbing needs!

The drain to my shower was leaking into the basement. Tumia was recommended to me and I am glad I chose them. Dave quickly determined the drain needed to be replaced. They did an excellent job and I will be contacting them to replace my hot water heater.

Joe Tumia and assistant Dan were wonderful as they recently replaced my water heater (1/4/24). Punctual, fast, efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered and they gave me a few tips and ideas. Price was 30% lower than a competitor. I also received good service by phone in receiving a quote and scheduling a date.

Joe and Dan just replaced my leaking garbage disposal today. I was able to get them in the same day and they did a wonderful job. They are very knowledgeable, and they’re very friendly and explained everything to me. Plus the fact they were very neat and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them. They were actually recommended to me by a friend.

I can say nothing but positive things about this company. We had the mOWNER COME IN PERSON !!!! he came and gave us such personal care. Both he and his worker they were here many many hours and went above and beyond to help us get our heating system repaired and working since we’re retired and getting older, they were sure to be checking every single thing that they possibly could so I can’t imagine them not being courteous or not being on time because we called them and they came almost right away, so I have nothing but good things to say about them. I would recommend them to anyone. Joe, Dave and Zach arrived on time and called when they were on the way. Super nice and professional. Fixed 3 small plumbing issues that have been our on list to get fixed along with our yearly water back up inspection. I even asked Dave on the spot if he'd look at our kitchen sink faucet while he standing in the kitchen and with a smile he added that to his list. All 3 guys even removed their shoes before entering our home-BONUS!! THANK YOU!!

We had an exceptional customer experience with John Lockwood Plumbing. They quickly devised a solution which involved installing a new hot water heater and up-to-code duct work. Furthermore, their invoice was almost 50% less than the other estimate we got.

After a call to Kelly, she promptly scheduled a service call. James arrived this morning. Two thumbs way up.
