Preston’s Tree & Landscape Service

Preston's Landscape Service just completed a renovation of our home landscape. It was a large project that took several days to complete -- converting mulched beds to landscape stone, adding new beds, creating a dry river bed for drainage, planting trees and shrubs, etc. etc. For such a large project, we felt that the price was reasonable. Aaron and his crew are very hard working and diligent. It was nice to know that the owner of the company was on the job overseeing the crew. Kudos to TJ and Carl. Always very pleased with the service provided! I bought a truck load of mulch last fall which was very well priced and a great quality product. They had me loaded up and ready to return to my project within minutes! The following week I purchased and had them deliver a truck load of stone to our house in the city of Rochester. (Couldn't justify the hassle of borrowing a trailer and trucking it myself for the small delivery fee!!!) The driver was able to maneuver our steep, narrow driveway and dump the stone exactly where I needed it while avoiding the power lines. Had that project wrapped up within a few hours later that evening and Aarons advice of the amount of stone needed for the area was spot on!! Very pleased with my experience overall!!

The cashier did not know how to operate the debit card machine and ended up charging me twice. I ended up just taking twice as much as I wanted. This is the thing, while we were working this out she took a call from another customer and I had to wait. That is the customer service I typically find there and why I don't patronize them. The only reason I went was County Max was sold out of the two things I wanted. Preston's only had one of the products, also what I typically find there and why I don't patronize them. Just as a side note, in the time of social distancing she had to take my phone from me because just looking at it was not good enough.
