Excellent nursery very knowledgeable help. I was looking for specific trees, they were able to direct me to several choices and I purchase three of them.

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I went there with my wife to get help with purchasing two planters for the front porch that and a another shrub for an empty spot in the garden from having a water line replaced. We went for some ideas as to what to fill in these areas. The cashier was very friendly and said she would have to call someone who was an expert to help us. A younger person was sent up who was very condescending and rude. I was almost taken back by the boldness of his snide remarks. We immediately left and went to another nursery that will be getting our business.

There is always something new in the garden and shop. I could and will spend hours here admiring their plants and garden bling. This is an active nursery with people coming and going including the friendly staff. I have been back twice this week and would love to visit again. I need to get my plants watered and in the ground first.

I firmly believe Murray Brothers the best nursery in this area. Quality plants, nicely labeled and easy to find what you may be looking for. And if not you will find someone easily to help you. Today I purchased two lovely canna plants and had my pick from several choice ones
of beautiful colors.

Murray’s did an incredible job on the landscaping around my house. Everything is beautiful now. They did edging, tree and bush trimming ,cleaned some gutters, straightened my air conditioner that was sinking into the dirt, and mulch. All this around the entire house. I am so happy with the job they did. Worth every single penny!

We had a wonderful experience with Murray Brothers. They really listened to what we wanted and made adjustments to fit the aesthetic we desired while keeping in mind our location and the fact that we wanted our landscaping to be low maintenance. Timing and responsiveness was great. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome and would highly recommend Murray Brothers for any landscaping project.

Had work done 2 years ago with a retainer wall. Excellent work. So last year I didn’t hesitate to call for installation of a slate walkway. Had to call 2 times to receive estimate. Finally had work done. This year, we needed to reinforce the slate since it was sinking into the walkway. Took 2 weeks, and 3 phone calls to locate the estimator who did the work. He was suppose to come to my property on April 15. Did not call or show. After texting him, he said he was busy and would show up the next morning, which he did. Worked on a solution and said he would have an estimate to me within a few days. It now been over 30 days and 3 phone calls to the office. No calls returned. I asked to speak with the owner. They said, not sure if he’ll be in until Monday. Normally I’d move on, but I feel they can repair the job that they did last year, since it was their work. I do like the final results. But following through hasn’t been the best customer service experience.
The estimator, Jeff said the estimate was in the mail over a week ago. Time to find a different landscaper.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection of nursery stock and hardscape products. Very competitive pricing. They really know their stuff and are happy to help with design questions and plant selection. A great local resource for your landscaping needs.

It's December 17th, I bought my beautiful Douglas fir from you, the needles are falling off already, I know your first question, yes I water it, $110 , never have I had to take a tree down before Christmas, I'm a 60 yr old veteran and I can't do this twice in one year, I had it cut by your men and they told me if I put it up right away I would have no problem, I'm very disappointed, I even bought a wreath from you for $50, it's shot already, sorry I don't normally write bad reviews but that's a lot of money for something I wanted to look good for the grandkids, Merry Christmas

Beautiful stock. Had wide range of plants from small annuals to trees. There is something for every lawn or garden.

I went here for the first time this past Monday and was super impressed with the layout, quality, and selection. It is pleasant to wander through and see the plants laid out in an organized yet not super commercial-feeling setting. It felt more like walking through a well manicured garden. I regret finally stopping here because I am going to spend a lot here!

I love Murray Brothers! They have such a great selection of perennials, ground cover, evergreen and deciduous shrubs. The staff are friendly and their prices are reasonable!

The two friendly hardworking guys came and did a great job planting a tree to replace the one I misplanted last fall. Leave it to the pros to get the job done right!

Love this place. Reasonable prices, healthy plants, and a large variety of annuals, perennials, uncommon/unique plants, shrubs, and even trees to choose from! I rarely go to any other greenhouse for my plant needs and find myself coming back and frequenting this greenhouse more often than not!

I stopped in here thinking I would be able to grab a few bushes for $100 or so. Everyone I looked at was well over $100. Even if you want a little potted flower. Prepare to pay $40+. Fathers Day Sale. I'm not seeing the sale part? Prices are extremely high!! Otherwise beautiful place and they take well care of there plants. Just be prepared to pay. I don't have it like that.

Murray’s has great selection, a wide variety of annuals, perennials,!trees and shrubs. However; they greatly lack customer service. Their on site staff would rather eat their chicken finger subs and ensure they close “on time” rather than cater to the consumer. At this price (double your out the door price plus 20%) , one would hope staff would accommodate. Despite this, they close 30 minutes before their posted times, have rude and abrasive staff - seemingly impaired - manage their gates. Once willing to bite the bullet and support local business, this establishment no longer commands the respect it demands. Gullo’s or other nurseries in the area are far better suited to accommodate your needs. As an East Aurora resident for decades it is unfortunate to provide this review. Nonetheless, obviously intoxicated staff purporting to tend to patrons needs cannot be overlooked. Spend your dollars elsewhere.
