Brianna cleaned my apartment on Monday and she did a great job i was very pleased when I got home.Thank you Brianna job well done.

Poor customer service, untimely responses, unprofessional and terrible quality of work.
They do not value your business and will not take responsibility for any damage or lack of service. I’m still trying to get a resolution after the crew that came damaged furniture and the following week failed to clean the floors. They also left the front door unlocked.

Alex does a great job. We are always so happy on cleaning days.

I am disappointed with Mary maids. I started using them a few years ago, and was very happy at first. The quality of service has gone way down over the years. There’s a lot of turnover in the cleaning staff (because I don’t think they pay them very much). So, a lot of your money goes to the overhead. Therefore, I would expect to get great customer service. Quite the contrary.

I recently tried to schedule a deep clean in addition to my regular cleaning. I would think that would be a simple thing for them to schedule, but after three weeks of going back-and-forth with them as if they did not understand what I wanted, ( which was essentially a floor to ceiling cleaning) I gave up.

I asked around my neighborhood for recommendations, and within a few days I had a referral that was twice the service with half the price! The best part is my money is going directly to the cleaners now, and not to management. The whole reason I hired a cleaning is to take extra stress off my plate. Dealing with this management team was very stressful and unpleasant.

However, I will say that the cleaners I dealt with were very good. The bottom line is they need to pay the cleaners more.

Christine was quick and the house looks great! Price was fair. I will definitely be using Merry Maids again!

I had a whole house cleaning today -- my first time with Merrymaids. Gloria, Deanna and Ray did outstanding work. They were all very professional, and extremely efficient as they cleaned from ceiling to floor and my kitchen shines. My stove and refrigerator look nearly new again. At my request, they took down my valences so I could wash them and even put up a new shower curtain for me in the bathroom. All requests were honored. This was the best decision I ever made.

Wonderful company from the management to the staff! Hard working, friendly and reliable every time! I love merry maids!

It is wonderful to know that Merry Maids takes great care of my mom's home. Being 500 miles away, this is one less thing I need to worry about!
