Our furnace had an issue at some point from late Saturday until Sunday morning. We noticed at 8:30 am the house was at 62 degrees. Called Philco, and he called back 10 minutes later to discuss the problem. He was to us in West Seneca by 10:30. He found that our ignition was faulty, had the part, fixed it and had us back up and running by 11:15. Great work again. He fixed a faulty switch back on the Saturday of the 7 foot snow storm in 2014 (fixed while we shoveled off the roof). Thanks again, and we will continue to recommend you to everyone we know.

Phil came out after hours only 30 minutes after I called on a cold winter night. Identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. Even cleaned the heating sensor to make sure it would stay in top shape. He was polite, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend.

I received Phil's number through "word of mouth" feom a close friend and I have no words to describe how my experience has been so far. It's not often you find someone willing to deliver to the quality of service that Phil has delivered. I usually only leave reviews when warranted, and Phil deserves the recognition of knowing he now has a customer for life.

We called Phil on the hottest Saturday of the summer so far. He arrived at our home within 45 min of our call. Within 20 minutes he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. A trustworthy and affordable business that we will definitely call again!! Thank you for keeping us cool!

The motor in my home a/c unit was not kicking on when I fired it up the first hot day of the year. It was on a Sunday, but saw this service had Sunday hours and called and left a message. He got right back to me within 10 minutes, and came out the next morning. Phil had the unit up and running quickly for a very reasonable fee. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his service.

CAUTION-POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE- WAS HIRED TO INSTALL CENTRAL AIR IN MY HOUSE ONE DAY BEFORE SCHEDULED INSTALLATION HE CANCELED SAID HE WAS OVER BOOK-THING IS I HAD TO CALL HIM HE HAD NO INTENTION OF CALLED US, CLAIMED HE DIDN'T HAVE OUR NUMBER WHICH MADE NO SINCE-ALSO THIS COMPANY IS NOT ACCEPTED BY HEATING AND AIR CONDITION ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA, WONDER WHY. HE ALSO VERY EXPENSIVE AND CHARGES MORE FOR AN ESTIMATE THEN ANOTHER COMPANY THAT I TALKED TO, HE WILL SCAM YOU FOR WHAT EVER HE CAN BECAUSE HE KNOW HE HAS YOU IN A HELPLESS POSITION. BEWARE
