True green service provider was professional grade.

I would give no stars if I could. TruGreen sold me an incorrect service because according to their tech their sales people have no idea what they are doing. I had to sign up for another new service and I am still waiting on confirmation of that service and confirmation that my old service will be deleted. Meanwhile, my bushes should have been treated for the boxwood moths today but now I have to wait another 5 days for the correct treatment. By then who knows if my bushes will still be alive. TruGreens costumer service lacks knowledge and is not local so it is incredibly hard to communicate since there is a major delay over the phone and difficulty understanding each other. I would not use TruGreen. Go local.

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere thanks for the exceptional service recently provided on my property by Specialist Kiernan Reynolds. Her ability to explain the procedures in detail before starting the work was greatly helpful in understanding the process and gave me full confidence in the steps to follow.

Furthermore, I was deeply impressed by the level of professionalism and meticulousness with which she treated the area. Her dedication is clearly evident, and I want you to know that I am very satisfied with the outcome of the work done today.

After 2 years of service this is the result. The problem with the weeds is much worse than it was when they started. Don't waste your money.

I continue to cancel service and request to be removed from their database, yet they continue to schedule services and attempt to perform service. Ive spoken with them in person, and over the phone but it continues to happen. Recently while explaining fpr a third tome over the phone they hung up. Awful business with awful business practices.

I would highly recommend TruGreen, we have a new build and our builders left our yard a mess- TruGreen worked on it this year and it was 100% better, looking forward to next years service. They are very affordable and do excellant work. Love to leave a PIC but its dark out

5-8-24 The Technician (Shawn ) did an excellent job. He was very courteous and professional. Seeing how he worked made me feel that he knew what he was doing and that my lawncare as in good hands. Technician on 4-7-25 did a great job. He was very thorough and did not miss any areas. Very competent and polite too !

Brenda does a fantastic job of explaining what she’s doing in the purpose of each treatment. I highly recommend her. she is very personal and friendly

I called Truegreen for a quote I got a fast talking salesman and the price was too high and they wanted 7 applications per year. I tried calling the Local Orchard Park New York office and I ended up talking to another fast talking person in a call center. He was even more fast talking and was even hollering at me. I had Truegreen at another address years ago and they were great and reasonably priced. I will never do business with them again.

Scot did an excellent job pointing out problems with my shrubs up front.

Inco distance of service. Three times had to redo work due to not fully doing the property. Most employees are great but have had bad ones. Unlikely to co time service due to this and failure of leadership to co tact me as requested. Same prices elsewhere maybe better service so I hop..
