I could not have asked for better service. Repairman Michael called saying he was running ahead of the scheduled time and wanted to be sure I was at home. He found the problem almost immediately and fixed it in minutes. Excellent and professional service!

Just called and talked to a tech (Matt) about a Danby refrigerator repair. Wanted info on how to fix the issue myself and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Most places wont give you the time of day unless you bring the product in so needless to say, I will highly recommend them as they have great customer service!

The technician Jason was very professional. He was on time and figured out the problem quickly. He is very knowledgeable and showed us exactly where the problem lay. It was a quick fix. We would definitely call Reimer again.

Technician, Jason, I believe was very knowledgeable and diagnosed problem in short order. Had all the parts he needed on his truck and did repair in a short amount of time. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely use this company again.

I am the kinda guy to complain quickly when my reasonable expectations aren't met. Here are a list of my "problems" with Reimers Appliance Service today, 12.3.19

1. They were considerate and courteous. Called to tell me he was running late when in fact he showed up within the original window of time.

2. Very, very professional. Not only did the tech know precisely what to do with my dishwasher, he took an extra 2 minutes to make sure the hoses and cords were optimally placed back without kinks, etc. He also took care to not scratch my wooden cabinetry and floors. Seems like a no-brainer but i have had hardwood floors scratched by say, non-thinking delivery guys.

3. Look, most of us probably do not want to do business with doctors, lawyers, car mechanics, and well, appliance repair companies. But if you have to place an appliance service call and don't mind these type of "problems", you would do well to call Reimer. Really well. Call 'em.

Just awesome. Answered the phone when we called. Made appointment. Technician arrived exactly on time. Repaired our dryer for a FRACTION of what a new one would cost. Could NOT be happier. Well done Reimers! THANK YOU!

My refrigerator's water filter housing was leaking water and it turns out that it was due to my using an after market water filter. Matt, the service tech, immediately diagnosed the problem without having to dissemble the refrigerator, provided me with the correct filter to purchase and only charged me a 50% discount for the service call. I ordered the correct filter on Amazon and it worked. I will use Reimer again for future service calls.
