All reviews for High Q Electric

Arrived on time for scheduled appointment, quickly assessed the issues. Repaired was done professionally and neatly. Pricing was fair. Would definitely use again. (Placed the company sticker on electrical panel).

High Quality Electric was very knowledgeable and professional. They fixed my very complicated chandelier. I highly recommend them.

Had what we needed, explained everything, reliable. We feel very confident in HiQ and asked for Raphael again for our second visit. He’s great and so is the office staff.

Ben was able to come same day, which was great because the issue I had was impacting the domestic water, leaving us dry.
He was courteous, fast and recommended another local provider for a follow on service High Q don’t provide.

Gem of a local business- very professional, responsive and tries to really help clients. Did excellent work installing Tesla car charging outlet.

I have used High Q Electric for a few jobs around my home and each time they have been professional and knowledgeable and courteous. I especially appreciate their affable demeanor, how well they explain their process and their recommendations related to each projected they have worked on. Thanks guys.

Used them in summer 2015. They were great- replaced a panel, rewired kitchen, moved outlets, etc. Honest about how what would make sense for us and also what would be an unnecessary expense. Also- they have a great & communicative office manager, can use email, and are flexible with scheduling. Planning to call them again soon!

We live in a 1930 house that is fully built out in the basement. With great cheer and expertise High Q Electric spent the best part of a day navigating wiring between two floor and many massive wooden beams to install lighting in two closets and two outlets. And they stayed true to their estimate when we got the invoice even though it turned out to be much more difficult than estimated. They constantly looked for ways to string the wires without damaging the house (very few holes) and did a full cleanup afterwards including spackling any holes. I highly recommend their services.

Ben is friendly and very capable. He works quickly and always does a great job. I highly recommend High Q Electric.

Rafael’s employee's work was impeccable, my husband was very impressed with their knowledge! They practically rewired our entire house, including a new kitchen, new electrical panels, AC and more. The end work was beautiful and impressive! Rafael's recommendations for the newly updates add ons were spot on and we are so pleased that we listed to his professional advise. Could not wish for more perfection! Rafael and Christine always provided me with fair, competitive rates and prompt reliable service. We are very happy and very satisfied customer!!! Thank you!

High-Q has dealt with all of the electrical issues at our house. Always professional and on time. The quality of work is amazing and always friendly. Ben has been here twice and is always a professional. Would recommend them to everybody.

We hired them to install an EV charger, after reviewing multiple bids they came in at a competitive price for a far superior approach, their team is excellent and delivered all the work on time and within budget.

Rafael and his team (Christine in the office making the arrangements and Ben who did the installation) were all top notch. Great vibes from everyone, the price was fair, the communication was terrific, they were punctual, the job got done when they said it would, and the finished product looks great. Highly recommend.

For the second time in a few weeks, High Q Electric has saved us from extended misery! Ben has done the work at our home each time and is so professional, helpful and polite. This company was recommended by local Ossining neighbors and I can’t say enough great things about this wonderful company. Pricing is excellent as well! Do yourself a favor the next time you need electrical work- Call or email High Q Electric.

We could NOT be more pleased with High Q - from Raf visiting and taking charge of what CAN be done, to the office working with us through some delays, and finally Ben’s work at the house - we were BLOWN AWAY with your whole team.

High Q gets our HIGHEST recommendation - super impressed!

Hi-Q is the best electricians I've used as a homeowner. The owner, Raf, comes to your home, spends time listening and making recommendations, then videos and explains all the jobs so his guys are totally prepared. Prices are reasonable, appointments are prompt, and the guys are thorough and communicative.
Hi-Q = Hi- Quality.

High Q is awesome. Ben came right on time to check out two exterior light fixtures that weren't working, explained clearly what the issue with them was and why, and replaced them. When I asked about the cost of replacing old outlets with new ones, he offered to switch those out right then, had the parts on hand, and did so quickly and cheerfully. Even cleaned up afterwards. Super efficient and much more reasonably priced than other electricians I've used. I am so happy to have found them. I wish they did plumbing too!

High Q is great. When I lost partial power in my house they came within 2 hours after my call. They were efficient and quickly determined the problem and fixed it! Prices are reasonable as well.
Choose them, you won't be sorry!

High-Q has become my go-to when I need electrical help. The High-Q team has completed several projects at my property and I have always found them to be incredibly friendly, careful, and - most important of all: they genuinely take pride in their work. Earlier today Ben was at the house completing a to-do list of repairs. I'm extremely happy with the work and would recommend High-Q to everyone.

We had a lot of little repairs and upgrades to be done including adding and repairing outlets and light fixtures, installing a smart thermostat, etc. Ben and his assistant showed up on time and work efficiently throughout the day to get the jobs done. They were extremely considerate (masked indoors) and tidy. The price for the work was fair and reasonable. We will definitely work with this company again

Highly recommend High Q Electric. I had an issue with unsafe wiring in a doorway, and they came to rectify it promptly. Their professionalism was second to none, and the quality of work was excellent. Plus, they offered the most competitive pricing compared to other providers I had contacted. Definitely a go-to for any electrical needs.
