I was very satisfied with High Q from Cindy's response to my call for service to the work performed by the technician(I apologize that I don't remember his name). Cindy communicated to me as promised on the actual arrival time of the technician and he addressed my problem in a very professional and pleasant manner. Amazing! High Q electric got back to me right away and sent someone to give me an estimate on installing a Tesla wall charger. Estimate came in fast and very reasonable! We scheduled a day to install and they were on time and finished fast!! They took all precautions to not make a mess too!

Top notch, customized service. These folks are the best. Appointment booking is smooth and amendable. They explain everything to you, they deliver quality work and are very easy to work with. Worth every penny and highly recommend. I just wish I had more electric work to do so I can call them again. By far my easiest and best experience in Westchester for any service.

High Q Electric came to me as a recommendation and I understand why. I had an electrical box that needed changing in addition to light fixtures being changed and added two fixtures that were not there previously. Cindy was always keeping me updated, the electricians were professional, on time, VERY CLEAN and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using HIGH Q for future needs and will recommend them regularly!

I recently experienced power surge issues on my first floor steaming from the boiler turning on. I called High Q Electric with the emergency call. My experience with this company was amazing. Cindy in the office was so reassuring and professional. She was able to quckly place us on the day's schedule and had someone dispatched that same afternoon. The electrician was amazing as well, so thorough and knowledgeable. As a new homeowner its great a find a company you can count on and trust. They went above and beyond and explained everything that was happening. All was fixed within the hour. Definitely will be calling High Q Electric for any future needs. Highly Recommended!!!

We have worked with High Q electric for several projects over the years, they are not only extremely accommodating and responsive but also reasonably priced with quick service times. We will continue to use High Q as they have shown time and time again to be trustworthy & very easy to work with.

We've used High Q twice now and they've been incredible. They take great notes on what we want accomplished, make recommendations as needed, and even keep everything clean throughout the process. Everyone we've worked with has been helpful, friendly, and professional.

Raf and his team are excellent and responsive. Ben took care of replacing 5 fixtures in one day, some of which still had old gas-light components and needed all new boxes and wiring. He was amazing, quick, affable and professional. Also High Q helped us out of a bind last summer when a tree-fall ripped the power lines off the house. They repaired immediately same day as damage. Great service all around. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Super happy and pleased with the crew and quality of work. And the price was reasonable. they change my panel to 200Amp, installed electric hot water heater and did electrical work for a kitchen renovation. I give them +AAAAAAAAAAAAAA

I have used High Q electric three times now, over the last year and a half, and they have been responsive and understanding to what I needed showed up when they said they would and done the job that I expected.
This last time, just after they came in and took care of a couple of switches and safety plugs another 3 way switch died and they returned to replace it with no additional invoicing.

GREAT work. Showed up exactly when expected for the quote and the work. Every single person involved was so pleasant and made the process a breeze. I don't think we have an "easy" house to work on, and I felt they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They even alerted me to a non-electric issue that I want to take care of - and they get nothing from doing so, other than my gratitude! I will certainly use again.

I highly recommend and continue to use HQ for ALL of our electrical needs. One can expect excellent service from start to finish. The electricians are extremely professional, courteous, and highly competent while keeping a clean work environment.

The positive reviews here all match my experience. Ben was very conscientious about aesthetics and careful laying out our ceiling lights precisely in a chaotic basement ceiling with lots of pipes. It looks great and he left things clean when he packed up. Also good at sussing out wiring issues in an old house with a century of hit and miss electrical work.

I moved to Ossining a few years ago and needed some electrical work done in my home. I called High Q and received excellent service the first time. Since then, I've relied on High Q for several other electrical issues that have come up over the years. They are reliable each and every time and they've always addressed my issues. Cindy always takes good care of me wheh scheduling appointments and Luis is always on time and professional. I will continue to use their services as long as I live in their service area.

Finally! After other electricians have worked in my home, High Q Electric's Luis came to repair the heat light in my bathroom. He immediately put me at ease. He knew what he was doing, was professional and professionally personable. There were a couple of other issues I've been living with for 7 years that I felt comfortable asking him to repair. He did everything perfectly and left each work area spotless. There is larger project I will have High Q take care of for me that I had previously given up on.

Luis was wonderful. His evaluation of our issue was spot on and he fixed the problem in no time! We've also had Ben a few times and he's so awesome too. Every technician we've ever had from Hi Q is kind and consultative, and we're always clear on what the job entails. And, the price is never shocking; it's ways fair and reasonable. Thank you! A+

High Q was a pleasure to work with. They helped us install an outlet for an induction stove. Everyone from the office, to the technicians were friendly, polite. The estimate was reasonable and they provided a detailed scope of work. Scheduling was easy and flexible. On the day, they completed the job faster than expected, and left the space clean and tidy after. I'd highly recommend them.

I have been searching for a good electrician for years, I have tried so many! Finally I spoke with HiQ Electric, Office Manager Cindy who was brilliant when she heard that I haven’t found my perfect electrician she sent me Ben. I was so impressed by him, he was polite, methodical, and an expert.

All I can say now is that I have after many years found a company that’s super efficient because of Cindy the manager and I’ll never use anyone else but HiQ Electric. I highly recommend them and honestly don’t bother going elsewhere!
