Rotor Rooter always comes to the rescue! Chris showed up fast and was able to diagnose and fix my issue quickly and efficiently! A burst pipe is no joke, and thankfully, Chris was able to end my family’s emergency very quickly!

Chris (the plumber who did the repair) is knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, and so easy to talk to. We discussed everything, he answered my questions, then he implemented the plan we’d agreed on. So refreshing to deal with an expert who takes the time and who cares to do a good job all around. Really pleased.

Christopher P was great. He took time to problem solve our issue and left our sink and garbage disposal in great working condition. Timely and prompt service early on a Sunday morning.

Great and speedy service! Called them at 8:30pm Friday night and Chris came to my place within an hour… got the inspection and scheduled an appointment the next day and fixed the problem within 1.5hrs. Highly recommended especially if you have urgent issues!

We are unfortunately repeat customers due to root growth in the main line of our 110 year old house. After unsuccessfully trying to remedy the situation we called on Sunday night and Roto Rooter got someone out to us on Monday morning. Our technician Elvin was the best! Thank you!

Miguel came to the house earlier than expected & fixed the toilet tank assembly, replaced the filler valve, plunger, rubber stopper. Calibrated the water velocity & replaced the flush lever to prevent the toilet seat from blocking it that should prevent the water from unnecessary leaks. He also removed the worn out rubber bushing, replaced it with a new one making sure it is the right size & the connector into the water closet. He did not leave the house unless everything was working properly & efficiently. He does not rush his job but did it professionally. He gave me a six months warranty. I highly recommend him for his expertise in doing my plumbing needs.

Pedro did an amazing job with our drain. We had a bit of an emergency back up at 8 pm on a Thursday night, and Roto-Rooter was super responsive and their technician responded within an hour. He was able to get our water flowing again within 30 minutes. Great service and outstanding quality. Thanks again!!

Highly recommend Roto -Rooter.

Sean came on time and patiently explained what he was going to do. He did a few tests of our kitchen water and showed us the results and explained each score. He then went downstairs and saw that we had 2 large water filters in the basement and explained that those basically filter the sediment out.
He spent an hour with us and explained the different options open to us. He was not pushy at all and said that if we weren’t ready to proceed that that was fine! We will definitely use him for the reserve osmosis system for our kitchen water soon.

The plumber was very professional, responsible and was informative when I asked questions pertaining to the work being done. He was efficient and made sure to clean up after any material left behind. The water cleaning technicians were professional they explained what they were going to do and consulted me on what was to be thrown out. They also made sure that from the basement to the exit of the doorway all was disinfected and throughly clean. Were also very careful to cover any other items that were within the area that was going to be cleaned. Both were great! Roto -Rooter I are definitely the one’s to call.

Great Job. Ernesto was very accommodating and when he found a part missing from my purchase he volunteered to take me to Home Depot to get a replacement faucet and completed the job without any problem. I would recommend Ernesto and Roto Rooter for any plumbing job.

My main sewer pipe burst and flooded the basement. Roto rooter plumber quickly fixed the problem.

Knowledgable, upfront, kind plumber, Kenny helped us out with our toilet! We would definitely recommend using them. We had used another plumber and what they couldn’t fix after 2 visits (and was going to require a 3rd, meanwhile we were not able to use this toilet for a month) Rotor Rooter’s Kenny, solved and fixed in only one! Perfect!

Had an emergency where I called a few different plumbers and remediation services, who weren’t responsive (weekend I guess). Gave Roto a call and George came by within 10 minutes to assess and formulated a plan of action to remediate and get us back to normal with efficiency. He and his team did fantastic work and kept us in the loop through the whole process and well past. I’m so glad we were fortunate enough to have him and his team answer our call.
