Chris (the plumber who did the repair) is knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, and so easy to talk to. We discussed everything, he answered my questions, then he implemented the plan we’d agreed on. So refreshing to deal with an expert who takes the time and who cares to do a good job all around. Really pleased.

My toilet stopped working on Saturday. My regular plumber was out of town. I called one local plumber and he said he was too busy to see me. So I called Roto-Rooter and they said they could have a tech here within two hours. He was here in about an hour. He diagnosed the problem everything to that point was very professional. He showed me a quote for the repair of $450. I was shocked. I’ve replaced the mechanism inside the toilet tank myself. But I’m not able to anymore. I know the parts aren’t More than $50. He fixed it within 40 minutes he replaced the flapper and the supply line also.. I was in shock but I paid him but I really feel I was way overcharged.
