Eddie fixed a number of leaks but also tackled a much trickier problem with our well pump and water storage tank that was complicated by the incorrect work performed by a prior contractor. Admired the quick response, perseverance and attention to detail. We will definitely be using Essential for all our future needs.

Eddie and Telmo installed a Bosch boiler for us. They were friendly and prompt, and Eddie explained everything very well. There was a defective water flow sensor on the brand new boiler and they moved quickly to acquire and install the replacement part. I really appreciated that Eddie responded immediately to texts and phone calls. 10 stars for communication!

Eddy and his partner did an absolutely fantastic job. We just moved into our home (an older house) and needed to learn how to use a gas heating system and make sure things were ready to go for the winter. Eddy explained everything very clearly and identified the key issues that needed to be addressed. The team thoroughly provided maintenance on the system and replaced the important items. He even provided a discounted price because we were taking care of a number of issues back to back. He was very professional and the service was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend Eddy and his team.
