Wonderland's arborists are second to none, from safety to proper pruning techniques, that are everything that money well spent should provide.

Great people. They ran a tree climbing activity for kids at The Arbor Day celebration at Planting Fields Arboretum this weekend and did a terrific job! Love a company that gets out there and runs activities within the surrounding communities.

DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE! We had two small pine trees - one was about 15ft and the other 20ft, that fell down in the snow this winter. The larger tree fell in the road and our neighbor came over and cut it up and dragged it to the side. We called Wonderland to cut up the other tree and take them both away. They sent us a bill for $855.00. It took them exactly 15 minutes to do the job...and one of the rootballs is still out there in the flowerbed. Just incredible.

Wonderland is a wonderful group that gives back to the community. They generously donatied their time, expertise and good humor to children and families at local Arbor Day festival. It is THE highlight for my girls every year and the guys are so kind and funny! Thank you! We look forward to next year!

This company is constantly raising the bar, always setting the standard for professional tree care higher. Their knowledge, timeliness, and attention to detail set them apart. It is also quite apparent how highly they value and respect their employees; the whole crew does a great job.

My experience today was very frightening around 8:45am I was riding down rt 106 heading to oyster bay on the left lane and in an instant one of wonderlands trucks came from the right lane straight into the left lane totally taking me out of the lane into the middle grassy part in which I almost lost control almost heading on to incoming traffic of the opposite lane and in all that ended taking my driver side mirror off when it hit these sticks that came out of the grass.
I got control and was able to get back in the pavement and steered to my right to stop , beeping at the truck that almost hit me to stop . He did , I asked him what happened and if he knew that he ran me off the road and the man scared himself said yes and the reason was that another car came into his lane and he had no choice but to go left and at the moment without seeing me before it was too late . He apologized and asked if I was ok and please not to call the police or make a report because his company will handle it. So I had no problem or nor was I mad at that time (more scared) with the man because I know things happen and as long as I was ok and no one got hurt to me there was no need to drag it make a scene or call the police and he said his boss would take care of it so I went on my way taking the information I needed .
Now this is where my frustrations lie and why I'm upset and making a review ....
I called them up , told them who I was and explained the incident in which the man on the other line responded that the worker called him explained his story and that BOTH our stories matched ( so the worker clearly told his boss it was his fault) and that he would have to go through his insurance but couldn't guarantee anything could be done because technically his driver did not physically hit my car so the insurance wouldn't pay, so it's on me basically ..... ( I didn't know this ) . Listen we all know insurance companies are straight crooks and they have their policies ...
So in my case it would have been better for him to hit me God forbid kill me send me to the opposite side of the highway and others possibly getting hurt for the insurance to say ok I'll pay .... But that's the insurance company for you . But my hurt and pain comes from the company because instead of saying hey I know it was my worker that caused the incident with you (as he stated himself) and the damages wasn't crazy (like I said only my driver mirror was damaged a lil scratches but that I didn't even care about ) so let us take care of the damage which is 500 dollars (quoted from the auto body shop that they told me to go to) the least we could do and thank God that nothing crazy happened to you or our driver or the many other drivers that witnessed the incident.
But nooooo the man calls back and basically says .... Yeah so we are not liable our truck didn't hit you even though he caused this so we not paying for it ....
Come on has this world really come to this where even though you know your at fault but cause there's a loop hole you don't need to take responsibility.... That's low
I am a person that works a 9-5 ,a single mother if it was the other way around I would have never had the conscious to know that I caused a problem or incident and not take responsibility even if the insurance or whoever was on my side . It's just un human
So you telling me that it really will affect your company if your company/ boss did the RIGHT thing.... It's sad and shows what stuck up people we have in this world . Shame on you! wonderland tree care

P.s my boss a real business man (who had nothing to do with it ) will get my mirror taken care of

Wonderland was extremely professional, careful, and reasonably priced compared to multiple other quotes I received. Their team showed up promptly, with modern equipment and communicative, uniformed employees, and safely took down multiple trees in a tight space on my property, including ones leaning over my home.

Received quote a few comments from neighbors that they were impressed as well with the size of the crew and the speed at which they operated. Not to mention at the end of the job they did a full rake and blower cleanup of the downs brush, leaves, woodchips, and stacked all of the wood I requested to keep nicely alongside my home.

The arborist I worked with (Dave) visited my property multiple times to confirm the plan, assess the trees, make recommendations, as well as handled all permits and paperwork (which lesser/landscaping-type companies will not do). Extremely please, highly recommend, and will use for any tree needs moving forward. Don't be fooled by landscapers acting as tree-service companies (some of my other quotes); you get what you pay for, and WTC is a professional, insured, top notch service.

Dave and his crew are absolute pros - truly the best of the best. We started off getting their help with a few problem trees, and then we decided we wanted a few new ones... and that gradually turned into redoing our entire backyard and patio. Exceptional work, highest professional quality - I wholeheartedly recommend Wonderland, you won't find anyone better.

Tom Golon had been recommended to me by a neighbor who recently had work done by Wonderland Tree Care. I noticed while they worked that their work was meticulously executed by a seasoned, talented and respectful team.
I met Tom that day, and we agreed to meet at a scheduled time. Tom is an arborist, among many other things. He and his son run the family-owned operation, which has been in place for decades.
Tom spent a good amount of time walking around our property with me until I had good working knowledge of what his company would be doing. He then recorded the information we discussed as he walked around the property again.
He came to our home while the work was being done, and the team that is run by Mario was exceedingly talents. They were polite and left the property in even better shape when they arrived. Tom had been a constant contact throughout this project. Thank you Wonderland Tree Care Inc

Awarding Wonderland anything less than five stars would simply not do justice to the exceptional service they provide. In 2020, we faced the daunting task of removing a towering, 100-foot Sawtooth Oak from our property. Situated on a steep hill and within a constrained space, this was no small feat, especially considering the tree's century-old legacy. Our decision to proceed with its removal came after careful consultation with an arborist, confirming the tree posed a real risk.

Wonderland excelled in every aspect of the process. They seamlessly handled all the necessary paperwork, permits, and inspections with the town, showcasing their professionalism and expertise. Their arrival on site was a study in efficiency and respect for property; they carefully maneuvered their trucks into place, protecting our driveway and lawn with large plywood sheets. They even went the extra mile to safeguard any items that could potentially be damaged and worked diligently with our neighbors to minimize any inconvenience from noise or temporary traffic disruptions.

Their team skillfully disassembled the tree piece by piece, starting with the limbs before moving on to the trunk. Their initial suspicions were confirmed when they discovered the tree was hollow and severely decayed inside—a clear hazard had been averted thanks to their intervention. Wonderland devoted an entire day to the careful removal of the tree and returned on a Sunday to ensure all remnants were cleared away, leaving our lawn and garden in impeccable condition.

Although I did not use their service, I can see they are a great company, as they took time out to display their trucks and expertise @ Arbor Day Fest, Planting Fields Arboretum - kids really enjoyed getting roped up and climbing as high as they could, swinging from a gigantic tree. Their equipment is in great condition and they are incredibly knowledgeable and willing to share their expertise. They don't just cut down dead trees.

I actually asked about someone who may carve a dead tree stump, and they told me about Gregg the Woodcarver, in Manorville. Thanks.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! David at Wonderland Tree Care truly cares for his customers. I had gotten my personal drone stuck in a tree and David was kind enough to send someone before the storms came just hours later. The truck operator Mario came with a smile, communicated with me each step of the way, and safely retrieved my drone. I can't thank them enough for their fast action in such a stressful time. High recommend.

First off I never take time to do this but this was the most unprofessional and unreliable company I have dealt with for some time. I contacted them 3 months ago, met with them and reviewed the scope of work for tree work and design. Some time passed and I hadn’t heard anything. After several attempts to con at them I finally got a response that said we are working on it, out apologies. Fast forward a month later I never heard back. Reached out several times with no success or response. Bottom line I wasted 3 months waiting for them. If they can’t respond to calls and emails and communicate do you really want to do business with a company like that.

The people from Wonderland were experts: professional, safe, kind, capable, and good listeners (to my concerns and ideas). From diagnosing and treating Beech Leaf Disease, to extensively pruning numerous trees, to making thoughtful suggestions, Wonderland was wonderful. I highly recommend them.
