Construction enterprise did an amazing job for me and my neighbor. They ripped up concrete and poured all in the same day. These guys are kind courteous and Joe the owner actually gets in there and works himself. Don’t normally see that these days. Joe is a true gentleman.

I hired Construction Enterprise NY to do the front of sidewalk of my Manhattan business / restaurant. . I have hired them for other projects as well, including roofing. As expected from my previous relations with them, the job was done beautifully — on time and at a more than fair cost. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I didn’t have to remind anyone to do anything. It was done expeditiously and very well. If you need anything for your home or business, I would strongly recommend this company to you. They are an honorable company and Joe Battalglia is truly a wonderful man — honest, fair and with a truly kind and fun demeanor. I strongly recommend them!

Recently hired them again for a new sidewalk as well as brick pointing. Both were completed on time and the workmanship was phenomenal! Joe was in contact with me throughout both projects and alerted me of some other issues that needed attention. He addressed all as if it were his own home. I couldn't be more pleased.

I had concrete replaced around my corner property, Joe's guys were clean and efficient. This is a real professional outfit. There's no Monkey business, they were there early in the morning and did approximately 110 foot of concrete walkway and were essentially done in one day with just a little bit of finishing touches for the next day. The owner Joe was a true gentleman- and their price came in at the lower end of the estimates I got, even though they were a much more professional outfit than the other estimates that came around theirs. Great price, efficient work and true professionalism, I would definitely use Joe and his team again.

Another great experience with Construction Enterprise NY. They handled the demolition, then did concrete work, and fencing. Joe is probably the most straightforward and quickest responding contractor I’ve ever worked with. His work ethic is truly exceptional, his results are great, and his prices are very fair. He’s my go-to choice for projects.

JB General Contracting is amazing! Joe is a gentleman and advises you what you need and nothing more. Joe makes suggestions upon his experience and knowledge of the Job. His team of construction workers are very knowledgeable and professional, they speak very nice to you, they clean up after themselves, they measure and keep checking over their work, and make sure everything is right to the customers satisfaction. My backyard was very uneven and a lot of high and low elevations. JB’s team straightened everything out and is perfect now.

If I were allowed to award a score of 6 stars, JB Construction would have more than earned it! Outstanding quality, unparalleled professionalism and excellent value all apply without question. What earns them the sixth star was Joe's responsiveness to our special needs. I was managing the sidewalk replacement project at my parent's home from the West Coast, and Joe looked after my 90 year old parents as if they were his own family. Joe and his crew assisted my parents entering and exiting the house on thin walk boards, assisted in parking their cars close to the house when the driveway could not be used and help string hosing lines so they could safely fog mist the cement work during extreme heat conditions during the project time frame. JB Construction takes pride in the work that they do. It comes across in every phase of the project from estimate to completion. I would recommend them without reservation!

Part of my exterior wall started cracking and breaking down, and Joe was the one I ended up going with at the end after checking with several other contractors. Joe is very responsive, communicates clearly what his team is going to do, and answers all my questions and addresses all my concerns in a timely fashion. The quality of work from Joe's team is also really good; the dash finish of the replacement wall matches identically with my existing stucco wall. I would definitely recommend Joe to all my friends and family should they need help with any jobs or repairs.

Our cellar’s 98yr old plaster ceiling was falling apart and our 55 yr old back deck was deteriorating. Having worked with Joe before, we called him for help. Now our ceiling is secured with freshly painted wallboard and we have a lovely new back deck just in time for the warm weather. Joe is fast and direct, he listens, explains things and makes great suggestions. His guys are fantastic workers as well as being very pleasant. When we need construction work, we call Joe!

Joe and his team did a great job on my backyard pavers installation. They were professional and competent, arrived on time and left things clean. Joe is very engaged in the process, providing suggestions and following up after the work was completed. I would hire JB Construction Enterprise again for similar projects.

Like a lot of folks, I suffered severe flooding during hurricane Sandy. The flood water ran down my basement stair entrance that was near ground level, blew my basement door out of the frame, and filled my basement past its ceiling. When I needed a sensible and trustwrothy solution, I contacted Joe from JB. He had the experience and expertise to devise a solution. Joe and his team built up my basement stairway to just above the level of the entrance to the back of my house. Almost 3' higher then it was previoulsy. Then he built up the wall surrounding my basement entrance to likewise about 3' higher than it was before, and integrated the wall into my house itself. What was also kind of neat, was that JB modified my existing railing to make it fit seamlessly into the new basement entrance wall and entrance. It came out beautifully, not to mention provides a certain solution for future flooding. Instead of future flood water easily flowing down my stairs and ruining my house gain, that possibility is now virtually eliminated. Money well spent in my book!

Joe and his team did the brick pointing on our house in ozone park. The price was absolutely fair and despite tons of rain and the heat wave - the job was completed and the work was beautifully done. We were also kept in the know about the status and received regular check ins from Joe throughout the job to make sure we were satisfied. In our experience this level of communication is rare and we greatly appreciated it! Everything we asked was done and Joe is clearly very experienced. We look forward to working with him and his team on future projects.

When I needed the back wall of my garage replaced, Joe was the first contractor that came to mind. I have used Joe on other projects and he did not disappoint on this one. Joe and his team were on time, were meticulous to the level of detail and discarded all debris. Joe was always kept me informed to the progress of the project. The back wall looks great. I hired them to redo my busted up sidewalk in Brooklyn, at first I thought eh how good could they be… I was very pleasantly surprised, they definitely take pride in what they do. It almost feels too nice for the neighborhood. I will be hiring them again in the future.

Excellent concrete driveway work done professionally from the initial call to completion of the job. Joe is very responsive and accessible. He provided a quick, fair quote and quick scheduling of the work. His crew was careful with the demo and their work pouring and finishing concrete is very high quality. Joe inspected the finished product and followed up afterward to be sure everything remained satisfactory. Very happy with the work.

Overall, I would highly recommend this company for your concrete needs, as the concrete looks good, the team was professional and responsive, the price was competitive, and the payment terms were reasonable. Due to my newly installed concrete, my front yard is appropriately sloped - no more puddles - and my front step now does not feel insurmountable as the cement matches the incline of such first step. The job started a day earlier (probably due to weather conditions but without enough notice) which could have been inconvenient as I'm home with an infant and dog who couldn't eat or go to the bathroom as he was stuck in the house without the ability to walk outside; they did not provide a make-shift ramp for me to enter the house while the cement dried, as I requested. After the cement was dried and I could access my yard, the team forgot to allow my iron gate/access to my driveway, albeit the Supervisor was responsive and personally came to dig out both (at the outset, he told me to hit myself with a hammer which I thought was off putting). Lastly, I had my awning replaced and the awning specialist mentioned that the tressel that supported my former awning was not replaced when the cement was installed, which could have caused the awning to topple (I did not mention to Supervisor, but I am confident he would have responded and fixed). Nonetheless, I recommend this company and just warn that you have to watch and confirm that everything thay was moved is replaced/working after the job and my neighbor was impressed and requested their contact information, albeit another neighbor mentioned that the cement pattern was not straight and they dropped cement without cleaning same up on my draining system and iron gates.

I found Construction Enterprise through Angie’s list. I have used Angie’s List for several of my home improvement projects and each time I was totally satisfied with the quality of the work done by the companies I used. Construction Enterprise also falls into this category. They are competent and professional.Their workers are skilled, knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They were also very pleasant to work with and I recommend this company should you be looking for this type of work to be done.

I needed iron steps refurbished and my shed was rotting wood ! While there he fixed cement that was a mess. Joe and his crew came to the rescue and did a fabulous job! Very responsive whenever I asked any questions. Don't hesitate to use Construction Enterprise ! Gorgeous work!
